What made the situation even more disappointing was the staff's response. They were completely unhelpful and showed little concern after seeing that my elderly family member almost fell. A little empathy or concern would have gone a long way, but instead it felt like they simply didn't care. The prices were also higher than what I felt the products were worth. Nothing really stood out or impressed me enough to justify the cost. Everything was just standard and fairly ordinary, with nothing unique or memorable about the selection. Overall, between the unsafe slippery floors, the lack of concern from the staff, and the overpriced, average products, I left feeling disappointed. I hope improvements are made to both customer service and safety before I consider returning.
