I will say my last session, the lady was very slow and I didnt notice much of a difference in my brows. She had trouble with the cash machine so we spent way to much of our lunch waiting on her. This brow bar has gone downhill unfortunately. I went last night and there was a bunch of hairs that were missed, but it was darker lighting in the mall so I didn't see until today! It also felt very rushed, their prices have gone up, and I don't like to feel pressured into the getting the giftcard everytime. I also had to ask if she could trim my brows, she just handed me a mirror. With $1 tip it came out to $15 but I don't think it was worth it last night. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I had my brows and upper lip threaded by Puri today and normally pay for the deal which is $16.50 for brow + any other threading service. Everything was fine, up until checking out. I looked at the monitor screen and saw her adding the $16.50 deal AND added an additional $3.99 for an eye liner pencil that I did NOT ask for, then kept pushing me to choose from her eye liner pencil selection. I told her that I didn't want eye liner, nor did I wear it and that I didn't want to get charged for it. Of course, she ended up charging me for the eye liner, and the total came out to $20.49 on my recent transactions on my bank account, when it should have only been $16.50 (I gave cash tip). I turned around and went back to the kiosk to ask her why she charged me for the eye liner pencil that I specifically told her that I did not wanted or got. She explained to me that she kept telling me to pick an eyeliner. Why would I pick out an eye liner pencil when I did not want one? It made NO sense. She called customer service and had it "returned" and charged me again for $16.50. I had to make sure that I asked for the receipt because I did not get a receipt for the first transaction. After I left shortly, I called their customer service to confirm that $20.49 will be refunded back to me, because I did not trust Puri. Whatever you do, do not come here. They will charge you for services and/or items without your consent. Do not let them take advantage of you, like they did to me today, had I not taken a look at my bank account. Having said that she is happy with her results. The girl doing the threading was very nice and filled them in with powder. Its only $11. I handed her a $20 and she asked if I had another $1 BC it's morning she doesn't have a lot of change. So BC she didn't give me dollar bills back I wound up tipping with a $5. I'm slightly confused how this place has no reviews. There's plenty of people during the weekdays and especially on weekends. There is also no duplicate of this business like plenty of other establishments. I find it stupid how you have to decide between which one to write on when stupid people can't use their eyes on their face to notice that there's another yelp page for that business. Anyways back to business shall we... This place has been raising it's prices which is a little annoying but they have to make their money somehow right? The nice thing about this place is that they are open 9-9 weekdays and Saturday and til 6 on Sundays. Which is convenient when you live somewhat close and don't feel like making any appointment elsewhere. I have yet to try any other place than this but am meaning to try others when I get free time at some point. I'm visiting my mom as she lives here in Arizona, & we decided we both need our eyebrows done. We went to the mall, as this is what I normally do at home in CA. I don't go to a specific person as everyone I've ever seen has done a pretty good job, nothing to complain about. However, I sat down at the chair today & the lady was done 30 seconds later. She was harsh, & didn't ask me to hold my lid down & lift my brow up as everyone else has ever done while doing my eyebrows. She missed many hairs & there is no fluid shape to my eyebrows. My moms look okay, but ours are both incredibly thin. She then told my mom it would be $24 total for us both, but if she let her charge $30 on the card she would give her a $10 gift card. My mom said no thank you, just charge the $24. She then continued to charge my mom $30 & give her a code which was supposed to work as a gift card. Super sketch if you ask me. read more

I'm glad I found this place -- they aren't the most organized, but once you get in the chair, it only takes about 10minutes to thread your eyebrows, and they did a great job. I signed in on their clipboard, but a woman who signed up after me ended up going before me because they weren't going down the list. Once an associate was done with someone, they just kinda looked around and ushered over the closest person standing next to them. So I made sure to stand very closely to one of the ladies so I would be next after she was done with her client. I was expecting to get my eyebrows waxed -- I'd never heard of eyebrow threading -- but I like this new method better! They run a thread over your skin, snipping all your eyebrow hair as it brushes along. Doesn't sound like it would work well, but the results were great. My eyebrows were nicely shaped and it didn't hurt as much as waxing does. read more

Just moved here from California and I Am very particular about my eyebrows. I came to the bar and both technicians were on their personal phone. Me and another customer bob walked up to the booth at the same time. One put their phone away, the other told me where to sit and continued her call for another few minutes. I was very worried because she didn't ask what kind of style I wanted or anything just started threading. I've been getting my eyebrows threaded for 14 years and this was the most painful thread I had. Wondering why I gave 3 stars with my review being negative so far. My brows look GREAT! If I could give less stars, I would. I have visited this location for many years now and have always loved the two ladies that have been there all along. Yesterday I noticed some changes and feel this business is taking a bad turn. I was greeted by the manager, Francisco, and passed on to a new technician I hadn't seen before. Being naive I trusted the establishment to provide the service (and employee's) I pay for with my monthly membership. NOBODY informed me she was in training and although I understand giving people a fair opportunity, there was no one supervising her while she was clearly struggling; I find Francisco entirely responsible for not disclosing this information and for not overlooking his trainee's work. The lady completely RUINED my eyebrows after taking 30 minutes to do what is normally 5 minutes. She also cut my eyelid. Once she was done her and the manager shrugged it off, told me I looked fine and never apologized or much less offered a solution. I normally don't post reviews like this but after crying for so long and Francisco himself telling me it would take a year for my eyebrows to grow back I want to make sure people know and are careful with who performs the threading. There are two lovely ladies there who know what they are doing and provide much better service than their own manager and even apologized on his behalf. They are the only reason I will be returning. I couldn't expect .... ... I was seriously upset but couldn't say single word because I know he to talk and respect women... I had an absolutely terrible experience at the chandler mall location. The level of unprofessionalism is appalling. When I walked up to their kiosk, there was one woman in front of me. Instead of helping this woman, they let her sit there while they held a staff meeting. I walk up to them to ask a question after 10 awkward minutes. Instead of acknowledging me, I get looked at up and down and the employee actually turned her back on me to continue her meeting. I immediately left. I LOVE this place and this location because this is where Jess works! She has been threading my brows since Fiesta Mall in Mesa was alive! I think 2012? 2013? She has been consistent and great at threading, she's super sweet and nice, I don't go anywhere else! I live 35 min away and I still drive to Chandler to see her.
