They are constantly short staffed and its a different face each week you visit. I had signed up for counseling services as well as medication monitor and order. After several month of CleanSlate pushing every reason in the book to maintain a bi-weekly schedule which over course included co-pays and insurance billing I was told that CleanSlate could no longer facilitate counseling services to me. This was in February. I was literally "fired" from their practice being told I was not maintaining a schedule of "every other week" for the pharmacy. Fine. I said I would continue my counseling with Angela to which she and the Gilbert office said was no problem. Well in February it was a problem. I went to what would be my last counseling session which after four months of counseling there is a certain understanding and progress with the therapist. Nope, I was told I could no longer utilize CleanSlate for counseling. So after thousands of dollars I was told to take a hike. May is mental health month! Maybe CleanSlate should evaluate their primary and core reason for service: To help individuals overcome mental health challenges. Further - The Minnesota based company has continued to bill me for dates I never attended sessions. I have repeatedly told the billing department that I never attended those sessions and was released from their program in February. They won't hear it! They are now putting me in collections for $90 (2 sessions) that never occurred. So not only am I out almost $1600 in medical cost to this shady provider but they will put me in collections for two sessions that never even occurred. I would steer clear of CleanSlate - There are many providers in Arizona that take an empathetic approach to their clients. Not CleanSlate - To CleanSlate it is all about the dollar. They will overbill and charge for sessions that never occurred. Further, they will dump you after a short period if you will not continue to escalate your visits and payments. NOTHING about CleanSlate is about mental health and recovery. They are a money grubbing organization that utilize the patients to profit and grow their business.

I provided everything she asked for and then got ignored after several follow ups. I went somewhere else and noticed a difference after the first treatment and there was very minimal agitation and bleeding. This woman has absolutely no idea what she's doing, she just slaps some random settings on the machine and does not care about the result or the customer. She literally has a refund policy on the counter stating after x amount of treatments you get x amount of money back. Seems like she already knows people are going to ask for their money bc she's providing a bad service and SCAMMING people.

I showed up promptly for my appt and was taken to a treatment room to wait. After about 10 minutes the receptionist popped her head in to let me know the tech was running late but was finishing up and would be in soon. Finally at 30 minutes past my appt, with still no tech, I gathered my things and walked to the front desk. I told her I couldn't wait anymore and left. She apologized and I walked out. I honestly doubt the tech was even there in the building, I think it's more likely a coverage issue they were having. A couple hours later I received this text (photo), offering me a hydra facial. You guys couldn't even treat me for what I paid for, why the heck would I let you touch my skin? FYI, this franchise is also high pressure sales so be ready if you decide to waste your money going there.

Specifically, Removery doesn't offer the "extras" that I enjoyed at Delete - no numbing options (cream or injection), no ice packs to go home, no squishy stress balls to squeeze during treatment, no ability to call and talk to this location directly (all calls go to a national call center). I previously purchased a package of treatments with Delete so going elsewhere is not an option for me (a large sunk cost!), plus I'm not sure there's a better choice in town. While the nurses and staff at Removery have been kind and pleasant to deal with, the lack of "nice to have" additions has left me feeling glum about the whole buy out process. It's a bummer that none of the Delete staff decided to stay after the buy out - constantly dealing with new people is another negative for the customer. Getting a tattoo removed is a slow and PAINFUL experience and any extra comforts are so appreciated. I hope Removery decides to offer ice packs and numbing options again - these would really improve the sessions! I experienced several months of cancellations on behalf of Removery towards the end of last year and feel like that could have been handled more professionally. They cancelled my session via text with no explanation, requiring me to reach out and ask what's up. Apparently they didn't have any trained staff to perform the sessions. OK, that's understandable, but a courtesy call to explain and reschedule for a future date would have been appreciated. Then, my rescheduled appointment was cancelled again, leading to a large gap in my sessions and a delay in getting this dumb tattoo off my body.

At your first appointment they will take pictures and measure all your unwanted tattoos. Hopefully you're not like me and have over 10 They also was able to give me a quote and start my first payment and get me started all in the same day which was totally awesome. The manager Joel happened to be there & this guy was totally awesome he made sure to go over all the details and pricing and reassuring with everything. His accent is totally awesome as well so if you get the chance to meet him you're never gonna forget him. The ladies that work there Barbra /Alex are the sweetest ever !! I love finding an establishment where the employees actually love their job! Alex removed my tattoos & even gets hers removed there as well so that was reassuring to know that the system works! after my first day I could see a tiny bit of a difference, and I'm only at my first session. Kevin mentioned the veins were too small and to try some over the counter solutions before spending the money on laser removal. This group is genuinely interested in doing what's best for you...not just them. Highly recommended.
