It was a welcome surprise to see how much they cared. I'll definitely be back before I head home to Arizona :)

Not a single nail was straight, and the overall quality of the work was extremely poor. The technician who assisted me was rude and unprofessional throughout the appointment. To make matters worse, the gel polish on my toes started popping off within a week and a half, which should never happen with a properly applied gel pedicure. For the price I paid, I expected much better workmanship and customer service. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst nail salon experiences I've had, and I would not recommend this salon.

After 2 ineffective treatments worth $240, I tried addressing my concerns by asking simply for in house "credit" for ONE of them, but was dismissed. No science or testimonials were given on why the treatment works "on everyone but me". She was unprofessional on phone calls, responded poorly to scheduling conflicts, and refused any compromise. She was even rude to my office staff when calling my office. This establishment lacks proper customer service and a clear separation between treatment and administrative staff making it awkward to complain to the person who is doing body treatment on you because she is the owner as well. I warned her I would post a poor review (my only power in the situation) asking her to talk it over and giving her a change to rectify the situation. She walked away, no apology or compassion-terrible for a "spa environment" or any business. Steer clear because as you see the in 2 of the other reviews, you might not even have an appt when you show up. They are in the dark ages when it comes to technology, which many people depend on, and is used to avoid issues they mentioned. They have no computer or emails/text reminders, all pencil and paper. Good luck if you book an appt there.

We drove over a half an hour and showed up on my birthday and they were closed at the time given (4:45). I called, thinking there had to be some mistake - what massage place is closed at 4:45 on a FRIDAY? The woman on the phone was not apologetic at all. She just kept insisting that they were closed and they would not book at that time. It was very clearly the time given to me by the woman on the phone when I booked as I would not have agreed to an earlier time because of my work schedule. Not apologetic at all. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

I never got a pedicure before because I'm too cheap to pay for a thing like that, but I decided to get wild and live a little. The nail technician who did my feet was Rose. She was absolutely amazing. She was so nice and professional and I loved every second of getting taken care of. The chairs were fancy, they had gorgeous bowls, with massage chairs. Since I've never done this, I have nothing to compare to - maybe they're all like this? But walking into the nail salon was extremely clean, like they just opened their store the moment I walked in. It's in a nice new shopping area and home development so it's a really nice area. My feet came out great and I was happy, she also did my regular manicure which came out really nice. The other nail technician, Solyna, waxed my eyebrows along with my mom's pedicure and gel manicure. Solyna was quick and did coffin nails that looked so good and on point. Also, I haven't had my eyebrows done since I was a teenager, I'm super picky about them - but I gave in, nervous about someone doing them... Solyna did an incredible job, it was perfect, no issue. I would recommend this place 100%. Fact: it's better than any salon I've been to in Lebanon. I do know that you have to book appointments online, so check them out if you need to treat yourself. The salon was pretty quiet, about four nail techs and roughly the same number of customers and we went around 1:30 pm on a Wednesday, so it definitely felt like a ghost town. The manicure itself was ok, but nothing special. I paid $40 for a gel manicure. The massage was minimal and underwhelming, and the checkerboard accent nail on my ring fingers came out smudgy, not as clean or crisp as I expected. Nothing was terrible, but nothing really stood out either. It felt very much like a quick, no-frills service. Overall, it was convenient and acceptable but not a place that wowed me or made me excited to rush back. UPDATE: As of 1/11/26, my polish started to peel off...
