We got basic pedicures using gel polish at C & C. We did book an appointment - we were there on a weekday at lunchtime. We had lots of color choices and our pedicure was done well. Service was good and the place was comfortable with massage chairs. This was our first visit and I would go back again. $45 for a gel pedicure. read more

Totally done with pedicures at any salon anywhere... pedicure is a week old last Saturday, the 27th . She was digging at my toe(right foot) she goes "does that hurt?" I said "YES," but she continued to dig anyway and then on Tuesday the 30th my toe started to hurt then it turned to this , now I'm trying to do a home remedy of soaking in Epson salt and wrapping it in gauze with tea tree oil... this is my third try at a home remedy, If this doesn't work, I guess I'm off to the doctors. upon research they're not supposed to try to dig out ingrown toenails technically it's a surgical procedure and they should not be doing this. She could get her license taken away from her if I decide to take legal action. I could sue them and I wish I could write this anonymously. I just won't go back. I'm done with them all. read more

I got my nails done here a few months back and have been considering writing a review but I hate to talk badly about a business like this. I need to say something though. I went in to get a manicure and the tech doing my nails sat me down at a very dirty station. The e file and all of the equipment was clearly dirty- she pulled cuticle trimmers from a drawer, snipped my cuticles, and threw the dirty trimmers back in the drawer to use again. Major health hazard. The station wasn't even wiped down before I sat there- my hands were sitting on someone else's nail dust. Never been to a salon like this. All equipment should be thoroughly disinfected. The tech doing my friends nails had opened a sealed autoclave pouch for tools to use so clearly they have the equipment to clean, my tech just didn't care. read more

I made an appointment the day of to get Gel Fill In's since I had broken a few. I was in PA for the time being so I stopped by and I'm happy I did! The pricing was cheap compared to places in NJ or NYC. I paid $48 for gel fill ins and to repair two broken nails, which is much cheaper than I'd usually pay for. My nail tech was Thuy, and she was super quick and efficient with the process. They also take Venmo/Zelle which was convenient as well. I absolutely love this nail salon. I drive 20 minutes, every two weeks, for my gel manicures because they are wonderful. I strongly suggest calling a few days ahead for an appointment. They book up quickly, and although they say they take walk-ins, I think it would be hard for them to fit you in most times. Every single employee at C&C is so wonderful and so friendly. They take their time with your nails, and I never feel rushed (which is not the case at all nail salons). The salon itself is always neat, clean and orderly. Every nail tech always uses clean tools that come out of an unopened sterilizer pouch, every time. This is important to me, being a medical professional! Their nail color selections are great. On the few occasions I have wanted a nail design, they never have any issues doing it. And on occasions where my nail polish gets chipped or broken within 5 days of my manicure, I have called them and they have fit me in to get my nail fixed - free of charge. C&C Nails is an absolute gem of a nail salon and I am so lucky to have found my forever go-to! read more

ZERO stars my husband treated me to a mani pedi and I had a appointment they started with my pedi and the first toe she snipped a piece of of my toe that bleed the whole 2 hrs I was there. They put a bandaid on and told me to come back the next day to fix it . I walked out paying $96 plus tip because my mani came out nice . They told me to come back at 11. On my way they called and told me they don't have time for me. Till 4 My toe is so bad I couldn't get it painted anyways but I wanted to show them what they did. Now they are making me feel like I am a inconvenience to them . I told them they can't paint it anyways because I have to wear a bandaid on it . And she said well then what do you want me to do about it. REALLY your asking me. I said how about a new pedi when its healed She said we will talk about it when it healed and hung up. read more

This is a nice addition to Manheim, with it's pretty decor and calm ambiance. They have plenty of colors to choose from (even though we always want more! ) You can select from different types of manis and pedis and relax. Make an appointment to avoid rushing as no professional wants to do a quick job just to fit you in. They will accommodate you but it is better to schedule. While running errands recently in Manheim I decided to stop in here, instead of heading into Lancaster to my "regular" nail salon. It's location in a new strip mall is right on route 72 across from the auction. It has it's own light so it's not a hassle to get in/out. It's so new in fact that some of the other spaces are still vacant. The interior was fresh, sparkling clean, and spacious. I didn't have an appointment (which this salon prefers) but they were able to fit me in for a pedicure even though I was seeking a mani & pedi. I could tell by all the loud, non English conversing back and forth and body language that my walk in was somewhat inconvenient for them. My gal did say they were busy and expecting a few other appts before their closing at 7:30 (it was 6 pm). There were 3 other clients all being worked on. The pedicure water was pre-filled when I went back and was lukewarm. I didn't say anything because it was filled to the rim and draining and refilling would surely throw them off schedule even more. My gal spoke good English and was very friendly, although coughing and suffering from severe allergies throughout my service. She went to work swiftly and I felt some aspects of the pedicure were skipped over. My cuticles were not cut or pushed back. The "scrub" and file was one procedure done with a sponge which did nothing to remedy my dry heels. When I questioned this she said they don't use a file only a sponge but tried to up-sell a lotion they sell that would soften them up at home. The massage was great and the best part. There wasn't any additives in the water to soften my feet, nor lotion applied afterwards. My polish was done in one coat. The pedicure from start to finish was less than 20 minutes. I admit I was disappointed. It was $4 more than I normally pay and I really liked my gal and the quiet, relaxing atmosphere of the salon. Her massage skill was spot on. While there I also noticed all the other customers were offered wine, while I was offered nothing. I do feel that my service was cut short to accommodate the appointments. I would have much rather been told to come another day. At home I had to file my heels myself, which is a pet peeve of mine, and the main reason for getting a professional pedicure in the first place. Even considering my lackluster experience I would go back for a manicure - with an appointment - and give them another shot. They did well with the nails the day of, but a few days later and the SNS started chipping! She thinned them out so much that the corners started shipping. I couldn't even have the nails done for my vacation since they chipped right before. Waste of money. The only reason I gave two stars was that they were very good hygienic wise by checking temp asking to wash hands and cleaning the equipment down. read more

First visit to C&C Nails since Lancaster County entered the COVID19 Green Phase. Not enough room to note every violation by C&C Nails but highlights include the mask incorrectly worn by receptionist (nose exposed), nail technician sneezing while working on customer with mask improperly worn (nose exposed), 7 of the 8 pedicure stations utilized at the same time instead of 50% per guidelines, technicians walking through studio with noses exposed when not working on customers again in violation of guidelines. read more

I have had many pedicures here & have always had a great experience. The salon is very clean & staff is very professional & accommodating.

Had gel manicure 4 days ago. Paint is already peeling off several nails. Won't be back.
