I had very little experience with Pilates before signing up here, but the whole process was super easy and welcoming. The front desk team has always been friendly, patient, and really helpful. Before I became a member, they took the time to answer all my questions and never made me feel pressured. I even asked about pay-as-you-go options, and they were totally flexible about it. They also helped me set up my account and walked me through the different membership benefits. The classes themselves are great. I love how easy it is to sign up for whatever day and time works for you, it's very convenient. It's also nice that you can try different instructors depending on your level or the type of workout you're in the mood for. Mackenzie, Sarah, Tyler, and Brittany are all amazing. They each bring a great attitude and really motivate you to push yourself. I've also noticed that the classes have gotten better over time, routines have changed and they're more intense now, in a good way. The club is clean. Many of the instructors are helpful. The policies are untenable. The group runs the studio with a phone application that does not work. If you are a no-show, you are charged $20.00 even though the application on the phone does not work. The management team cares more about bookings, money, and technology than client satisfaction. The concept is good. The studio is clean, but this studio is like McDonalds is to hamburgers. You are just one of many entering the doors: expect impersonal treatment. And, don't expect the studio to deliver on their promises. The "unlimited offering" does not assume that you have unlimited access. You are frequently put on a booking wait list. If you are traveling and get off the wait list, you do not have time to cancel without fees. A rat race of unending starts and stops and disappointment. The manager runs a shop with the customer is always wrong mentality. Avoid at all costs. read more

I really like the classes and all of the instructors I've had have been great so far. I really like using the reformer and all of the other equipment available, it keeps class interesting and not boring. The classes can be as challenging as you make them. It's nice to have a wide variety of classes, each with different focus, and some with different difficulty levels you can work up to. There is music played during the class but it blends in to the background and doesn't take over the class or drown out instructor; its always easy to hear instructors. Location has plenty of parking and there is a small retail area up front with boxes to store your stuff during class. Although I've been taking classes at Club Pilates Lancaster for a few weeks (5 classes so far) I do find the class reservation system a bit frustrating. The app makes searching and reserving classes easy but classes are always waitlisted. If you have class credits (not the unlimited package) it's suggested that when you get your class credits at your monthly renewal date you go and reserve your full next month of classes to get on the waitlists (or some classes toward the end of the following month may be wide open). The idea is that as your requested class date gets closer, you'll get added to that class. So far I've received notification the day before my waitlisted class requests that I've been added, but you can be added up to two hours prior to class beginning. This kind of makes scheduling your day/week wonky if you like to make sure you get your workouts in for the week. Other than the scheduling, I really like my classes and find the pricing reasonable. read more

Beautiful intimate workout space. Friendly helpful staff. Instructor provided 1:1 assistance when needed. I did a beginners class for $35 one time fee. The lowest cost membership is $105 a month for 4 classes. The unlimited class membership is approximately $230 per month. You also have to buy special socks prior to class. Great experience and nice low impact movements. Good stretches and core strengthening. I'd do a few classes for $35 each time prior to committing. Each commitment is a 3 month minimum. read more

Clean facility, friendly staff, classes run on time, and the trainers are informative and helpful without being intimidating. If one class is too easy, or too hard, try again with another instructor, they vary with expectations and enthusiasm. While the instructors are great, it's very difficult to get into classes once you have signed up. They have too many members and one has to constantly be on a waitlist to get into a class, especially the level one classes. If they put you on a waitlist and someone drops off an hour before class, you are forced to take the class at the last minute or pay for that spot even given such insufficient notice. I work for a living and can't plan my schedule so last minute. I only had a 4 class per month plan and even then it's nearly impossible to get into a class. All my classes end up being at the end of the month because those are the classes with the shortest waitlist. You can't book ahead for future months either. I terminated my membership as a result. They have had many complaints about this and others have left for this reason. I cannot recommend this studio as a result. read more

When I learned that was not true I wanted to Vance my membership and was met with all sorts of catches and gimmicks. Very disappointing and one of their teachers made me feel very unwelcome... I needed an exercise routine that was low impact, but still challenging because I had a knee injury that really impacted my running ability. I didn't know what to expect from this studio, but I quickly realized how nice and friendly the staff is. I started doing Pilates in April 2021 and I didn't look back.
