I checked again, and there was still no cheese. When I pointed it out, she insisted there was cheese and then gave it to me on the side for whatever reason. The attitude throughout the entire interaction was off-putting, and then she expected me to say thank you as if everything had been handled properly. I'm honestly disappointed. I've ordered from here many times without any problems, but this experience was unacceptable. The food service and customer service both fell short, and I hope management addresses this.

They presented me my right wrap that I ordered on top of a $5 off coupon to come back next time as an apology. that I can't use since this location doesn't exist back home in the Chicago area. I'm not overly upset about it just because I have no dietary restrictions but if this was someone who actually is a vegetarian or a vegan ( and I wasn't told about what wrap I actually got) they probably would have freaked out. I do love the kind gestures so the company was good on their part if this was anyone else it might have been a different story.
