Good down home cooking. Very friendly staff. Very close to Sheridan Schools. The fried bologna and Ruben burger were on point.

We were expecting brunch and it was not brunch at all as there were only lunch items on the buffet. A bowl of greens with a few dressing choices for salad (no other toppings), I believe a pasta and a potato salad, carrots, green beans, mashed potatoes and gravy, a pasta choice-like lasagna, chicken breast, and ham, sweet potatoes, rolls and butter. The desserts were the biggest disappointment IMO. I was looking forward to the "all made in-house" selections. They all were more or less the same version of a cake with cool whip type frosting-a strawberry cake with cool Whip, a yellow cake with cool whip and pineapple, and a chocolate one with cool whip-no brownies or cupcakes or tortes or pie or anything. We plan to go back on a regular Sunday to try the brunch-our server said it includes breakfast items, before we put this on the "not going again" list.

My wife and I dropped by on Saturday before going to the local antique shop and we are glad we did. It is so nice to support a local shop where the owners are present and actively making sure everyone has a great meal. We sat at the bar and enjoyed our coffee and breakfast, both which were very good. They have a nice selection of typical breakfast food. The parking lot is a little tight for the number of people visiting. So keep that in mind when you are figuring out how many people will drive and meet there. The interior has a charming and "working diner" feel. When we travel through Lancaster again, we will absolutely stop and dine at K&K cafe again.

They serve breakfast and lunch, and always have daily specials. I didn't look over the lunch menu, as I was craving breakfast. Once ordering, our food came out about five minutes later, tasting fresh and served hot . The omelet was large and delicious! Our waitress was very friendly, especially to my daughter. My daughter ordered a kids order of corn dogs and was happy as well. We will be back to visit!

I discovered this spot while doomscrolling on Instagram and suggested to a coworker that we pay them a visit during an upcoming coworking day. It was an easy sell and we made our way there on a rainy Friday afternoon. The moment I walked through the door the vibrant shades of blue and pink brightened my mood and I knew we made the right choice. Their menu is really fun... literally it says, "Super Fun Coffee" on it. I'm a sucker for a good seasonal creation so I went with the "Buy Myself Flowers" with oat milk. It has an elderflower, lavender, jasmine syrup in it along with lemon and orange blossom. The floral notes certainly shined through. Not subtle either, but not too in your face. I also ordered a baklava pastry sticky bun kind of thing and oh wow, it was amazing. Honey and pistachio goodness out the wazoo. The coffee and pastry together were seriously magical. A few extra things to note... parking is available in the very back of the building. While the space is on the smaller side, they do open up Natalie's space for extra seating. They close at 2pm only to later open back up as a bar. I did have issues with the wifi while I was there and ended up needing to use my hotspot. Not a deal breaker but good to know if you're planning on bringing your laptop. Lastly, the staff were super sweet, gave recommendations, and brought your coffee to your table, which is always a lovely touch. I'll be back!

Royal Flamingo is tucked away in Natalie's Pizza and there is plenty of parking in the back. The decorations are so cute, especially as a flamingo lover. We came on a Saturday and it was pretty busy but the line moved quickly enough and they had extra seating in Natalie's (not as cute as in royal flamingo lol but I appreciate that there was plenty of seating!). I ordered the seasonal Buy Myself Flowers latte and a mushroom and leek pastry. The latte was delicious, and the syrup was the perfect amount of floral and sweet. The flowers on top were also super cute! The pastry was also delicious and I believe they are all sourced from Three Bites Bakery! It is a little pricey, but super fun for a weekend splurge.
