This place has the best movie bowls by far. What makes them more unique is their variety of basis because I am not the kind of person to get an açai E base. The green base the mango one and the coconut are my favorites. I've never been terribly impressed with her coffee drinks, but they're OK. The service is always friendly and quick... So, let's talk about customer service and speed/organization and just general awareness. Are these girls sweet that work in there sweet? Absolutely. But, the speed at which it took me to get three smoothies was ridiculous. And, on top of that, there were two kids (young men) that walked in well after me that got their smoothies before me, which I found interesting, as they were in there literal minutes compared to others who were in there for a lot longer waiting on their items. It appeared they may have been friends of the workers there, which is a really bad look to other customers that have been waiting a long time. Now, once they notice they are taking a long time or once they recognize that someone actually may have taken my order, what do you do? You probably comp their next smoothie. Not give the person a $2 coupon off their next smoothie. Also, why ask for my name or other names at the counter to not call them out to avoid the outcome of others taking your order? I made my first visit in the weekday morning between the rush hour crowds. There were a couple people sitting inside but otherwise pretty quiet. There is a huge selection of bowls and smoothies (and coffee) to choose from so it can feel overwhelming at first. I feel like you can't go wrong, though. I went with the Costa bowl featured under the "banana" bowls for good reason - definitely getting my potassium serving for the day. If you can, I would enjoy the bowls in person. By the time I got home and was able to sit and eat, mine was starting to melt. I will definitely come back and try the smoothies next time. Let me start by saying this 2 star review has nothing to do with the quality of the food. The ingredients are fresh and tasty. The problem is with the speed to create the bowls. I placed an order for a single bowl to go and it took 20 minutes. I was there just after noon and they looked overrun. The person who looked like a manager was on his phone while his staff tried to keep up with the in-person customers and online orders. He finally hung up to take orders, freeing up the person who was taking orders to assemble. I'm not sure if the answer to speed things up is more staffing, better ingredient prep or what?
