The acai is mixed with fruit juice and blended as opposed to a scoopable acai base like most places have. It was not as thick as I had wanted, but the portion size was huge! They had the option to get extra granola, and I regret not doing that, because the ratio of base to granola was off. Their granola was absolutely delicious, and I also added bananas and strawberries on top along with honey. I definitely recommend this bowl, but add more granola or toppings!
