There is an amphitheater, playground, picnic and party shelters, a jogging course, basketball court and decent parking for a park of this size. The splash pad is very popular and fun for kids. To do so, you need to contact the city. But, I have been to events at Andrews and had a great time. There is a jogging track that circles the park which is nice.
