Mesa Garage Doors installed our garage door in our brand new home, and when we began having issues, they completely ignored repeated attempts to contact them. For TWO WEEKS, we received no response to text messages, emails, or calls, despite numerous attempts by both us (the homeowners), and our contractor and builder. When we finally had an appointment scheduled, they didn't even bother to show up. With no help from Mesa and a garage door that needed to be repaired, we had no choice but to hire another company who showed up within 24 hours. That company discovered that our garage door had been installed completely incorrectly, with serious safety concerns. The brackets supporting the motor weren't even properly bolted together. One bracket was literally just resting on top of a bolt! On top of that, Mesa had installed the WRONG rails for a garage door of this weight. This wasn't a minor installation mistake. These are fundamental issues that raise serious questions about the quality and safety of their work. After ignoring us for two weeks, failing to show up for their scheduled appointment, and leaving us no choice but to hire someone else to correct their mistakes, Mesa is now claiming that our warranty is void because we had another company repair their faulty installation. If you're considering this company, I strongly encourage you to look elsewhere. A garage door is too expensive, and too important to your family's safety, to trust to a company that operates this way.

Our garage door was broken so we called them out. We told them we could only be home until 4pm and they gave us the window of 2-4pm. We made sure we were home during that time. Unfortunately, it was for no reason because nobody showed up or called. We called them and they said they would come tight then and only take a minute to give an estimate for the work. Well no estimate was provided and they just started the work without any communication. When I heard drilling I asked if they were going to provide an estimate or what? And the workers said, ya, it's almost done, it's $450. No approval, no paperwork, nothing. I was late to my appointment and they said we could leave them locked in the garage, but as we were going to leave they kept having to go through the house to get things from their truck. I didn't want to leave them locked in the hot garage but we really had to leave. The whole situation was so incredibly frustrating. Then the office girl called me to collect payment and made it 100 times worse. I was trying to explain to her that the process was really stressful and she said, "ok so then I'll just have them go back and undo everything they did" .... Are you serious? What kind of customer service is that? What a terrible representation for their business. Had she said, "I understand how that was frustrating. We should have come when we said we were/communicated/provided an estimate/explained what we were even doing/honestly anything? It would have been different. Things happen, I get that, but have accountability and communication. It's very very basic customer service. We paid, we're done with them, but we will never use this company again.

He finished the repair in about 15-25 minutes.
