Classic Garage Door.... best company I have ever called to repair my garage door. The first time I called Bo, my mom had accidentally hit the garage railing. Bo was able to fix it and straighten it out. This second time, I had not put my car in the garage, apparently all the way, and clipped my front bumper with the garage door. Hello Everyone, I would like to say Mr. Bo, is an expert in his trade. Talking over the phone was very professional because he had explained everything to the T going into detail about pricing, available time, and giving the consumer as much information as possible. The prices were better then anyone around, he arrived the same day i called and even showed up earlier then his quoted time which I was very thankful for. Left the area really clean and was nice enough to do some extra TLC to my other garage door. I used classic garage doors to replace my old damaged existing garage door and changed out everything door and motor etc.. prior to calling classic, I was going to go through another company and I was just going to have them install anything just to get it done. They were going to put a chamberlin for more money than quoted w Beau from classic.. so not only I paid less, but Beau is knowledgeable on products and Lift Masters is a better brand than the one the other company was quoting. I was referred to Classic garage doors by M and M garage doors. I am overly extremely, superbly, satisfied with the service at Eric provided. He showed up on time, he was polite, courteous, and very knowledgeable. He did everything wonderfully, he answered all my questions, and if I could give him ten-twenty-thirty 40 stars; I would do it. These days there are not many reliable people at all anywhere because either they don't call you back, or they are too good for your business. He and his partner took off my old door and went to town on assembling the new beautiful door. I was highly impressed how they put it together. I'm not the one who write reviews period, but I had to for Bow. This experience goes back three years when I first contacted Bow due to my garage door not opening on the Fourth of July weekend. You can imagine everyone out enjoying time with their families while I was feeling like a trapped wild animal. Bow was the only person who answered my call and gave me advice to unlock my garage door. He then came out and offered me cost saving options to replace and install my new system. He wasn't trying to gouge me. I ended up buying a system at Lowe's and he installed it. I called Bow again about a year later because the garage door arm was coming undone(not Bow's fault). He gave me recommendation via phone and then followed up with me the next day to make sure it was working. Fast forward another two years to today. I moved into my new house and due to the recent terrorizing rains of 2019, my garage had a leak and the water soaked into my wood garage door. Once again I called Bow to the rescue and without fail, he was on point! You should know the original home owners installed a Genie 1/2 horsepower system to lift a door that was too heavy! It damn near pulled the railing off the garage door every time it opened! Bow recommended an industrial LiftMaster system to accommodate my heavy ass door, and he installed it with a smile on his face. It's safe to say, Bow is my garage guy for life!
