COMPLETE SCAMMERS! BEWARE, ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE A HOME WARRANTY CUSTOMER. My home warranty sent this company and Jesse responded to the call. He noted that a belt was causing the issue due to wear and tear and that it would take several WEEKS for the part to arrive. He explained if I wanted faster, and more immediate service resolution, he could replace my entire garage door system for $700. Having recently changed the rollers and tracks, I declined. He kept pushing and pushing, saying it would take weeks if I didn't invest in the system. I said it's okay, I'll wait. He left upset. I asked how would I get a hold of him to know when the part arrived, and he said he'd call when he was ready. Did not provide me a written estimate or anything, just left. The claim remained in limbo for nearly 3 days. I called the warranty company for a status... they pushed the company to submit the estimate, where HE LIED and stated that the belt had secondary damage due to tracks and rollers and that door was falling off (not true at all!!) making my claim uncovered and invalid. I called the home warranty placed a complaint, and requested a second opinion. Sure enough, the new company diagnosed the problem correctly, submitted the estimate, and fixed the belt. If you're a home warranty company, Jesse and his company are only interested in upselling you. If you do not accept his upsell, he will LIE and CHEAT you out of your covered claim. **Very disappointing experience -- poor communication and extremely rude customer service** I would strongly recommend thinking twice before using this company, especially if you are an American Home Shield (AHS) customer. I scheduled a service through AHS on August 31, but the earliest appointment I could get was September 9 -- a **9-day wait**. After waiting all those days, the technician never showed up. When I called the company, I was told that the technician had been in an accident. I completely understand that unexpected situations can happen, but the biggest issue was that **no one bothered to inform me** that the appointment was cancelled. I had already waited nine days and was expecting someone to show up. When I asked about rescheduling for the next day and whether I could be sure someone would actually come, given that I had already waited nine days, the response from the person I spoke with was extremely rude and unprofessional. They basically said: *"How do I know if I'm going to die tomorrow? How do I know if the flat tire happened or not? If you want to book tomorrow, I can do it, or you can cancel it."* I was shocked by that response. I wasn't asking for anything unreasonable -- I simply wanted some assurance after already waiting nine days. At that point, I called AHS and cancelled the appointment with this company. I would rather wait a few more days for another service provider than continue dealing with this kind of customer service. I also noticed quite a few 1-star reviews about this company on Yelp, and unfortunately, my experience was very similar to the complaints I read. **If you're an AHS customer or considering using this company directly, I would strongly recommend looking at other options first. I don't recommend them, they try to ripe you off, and if you have home warranty definitely stay away from them because they try to deny your claim so they could double charge you, I called them and told them my garage door opener's motor is broken and doesn't work and he comes in and say my cable is out of line and charge me $200 on top of $125 service call.and spray wd40 on motor and say it is working .as soon as he left the motor stop working and i called him back and he said he is not coming back , I said you didn't fix the motor it is half burned and what you did, did not fix my problem. so he said there is another $125 service call , if he comes over. i believe this people are not honest repairman I wish I could file against their contractor license and I am sure there are hundreds of others that got ripped off by them. read more
