There's a reason you see nothing but 5-star reviews on Yelp for Bella Doors. We called Nikki to consult on upgrading our 25-year-old garage doors, and we are most certainly pleased with the results. We really wanted something that added a little pop, and we also wanted something insulated to regulate temperature better in the garages. Nikki came out to the house, listened to our thoughts, showed us some options, and shared her opinion as well. They waited patiently as we got approval from our HOA and then ordered the doors we selected. The downpayment for the project was very reasonable and in line with what one would expect. Once the doors arrived, the Bella Doors team arrived promptly the next morning for installation. They did a beautiful job taking down the old doors, replacing the door rails, placing the new doors, and attaching door hardware (we kept our existing lift motors as they were fine). The team was very professional, friendly, and efficient. They did clean work and left everything in great shape. We wrote a check for final payment before the team headed out, and that was that! The outcome was well worth the reasonable cost. I couldn't be more pleased with Bella Doors, and I would highly recommend them. read more

Great service! Highly recommend! Fast and great value for the price. Came out quickly and got the job done.

My garage door came off the rails and would not close. Nikki took the call and Manny came out to do the repair just a few hours later. All I can say is "fabulous" from start to finish. They REALLY know their stuff. Manny was super friendly and helpful and fixed my utterly screwed up garage door and rails, etc. in like 30 minutes. And the very reasonable price was exactly what was quoted with just a diagnosis of the problem over the phone. I can't recommend them highly enough. read more

Bella Doors gave us fantastic service. Owning several rental properties we are glad to have found them. The price was fair and the work was done timely. We had a 3 car garage that which doors were in terrible shape and Bella installed some beautiful new doors with a new opener. Awesome work. We will certainly use them for the future work that is needed. read more

Friendly Helpful Thorough Cost Effective I unfortunately, had a request in with another company that obviously had a service doing their appts. I made an appointment for 6:30-8:30 pm thinking I would be home for sure at that time. Waited until 8:20 to call and ask where they were. Made a new appt for the next morning at 9-11. Got up and waited. Finally I gave up. (They called the next day to set up another appointment. Nope) Bella Doors is local and I should have started here. They were responsive and even willing to come on their day off to accommodate me. I absolutely insist that everyone needs their time off. So Bryan came today and was done in 30 minutes. And his office called earlier to confirm appointment time and say he was running early. read more

Our Wayne Dalton iDrive garage door opener that was installed in 2001 and stopped communicating with the remotes. The opener is no longer manufactured and most companies will not touch this product. After calling five different companies, Bella Doors is the only company that came out to see if they can service the opener. Manny showed up on time, was very professional, and got the door working again. We love this opener. And while it may be over 20 years old, we'll see how long this opener will last. I was even quoted in price for new opener and they beat all the rest. When it's time to change it out, Bella doors has my business. Thank you Nikki for setting up the appointment and for Manny to come out the next day and get it operational again. I highly recommend anyone wanting garage door service to contact Bella Doors. Based on my experience, you won't be disappointed. read more

BACKGROUND: We called Bella Doors for a quote to replace the wheels on the garage door because we were very upset with Velascos Doors for wiggling out of their supposed guarantee on their work when they came out only one month ago to repair our door that had fallen down. Velascos Doors wanted an additional $250 to replace the wheels again. Velascos Doors just installed old wheels from someone else's garage door instead of putting on new wheels even though they knew that there were multiple wheels that were broken. Velascos Doors also knew that the rails were bent, but didn't care to fix it, in hopes we would have them out and they could charge us more money. Work done by Bella Doors: They came out super quick. They charged a very fair price for wheel replacement. He pointed out the bent rails to me and made sure they were fixed before he left. He also lubricated the entire system. My garage door has been working great ever since!!! Bella Doors will be the only company I use to fix my garage in the future. read more

I highly recommend Bella Doors for your garage repairs. Manny showed up on time and made his recommendations, but never felt pressure to do the work that sa me day. Just have me a heads up on what troubles i may be expecting in the future. I felt that their pricing was reasonable for all the hard work Manny did. It pays to pay for experience. read more

My mother had her door replaced by BellsDoors years ago and no hassle with the install, employees, or doors. Years later I bought a house and not even 4 months in, the spring broke. I wasn't able to go to work because the door would not even open manually. The previous owners installed the manual setting backwards. Go figure. I called BellaDoors and the same day they had someone come out to me. Replaced it in about 20 minutes. That was fast! They did not try to sell me extras services that I did not need. I called different competitors before booking with BellaDoors to make sure that the quote was accurate, and everyone else was much more expensive. They also accept credit cards! I would definitely recommend them to anyone! Tip: There is a coupon in the Moreno Valley Villa magazine. Always double check to save money, I did. :) read more

Our needs were simple: adjust the garage door closer so it didn't hit so hard, and lube everything. And Bryan was on time, fast, and friendly. He told me I could save money in the future by doing the lube myself. I appreciated that; he certainly didn't have to do that, and didn't have to tell me which lubricant to use--and even where to buy it, but he did. He adjusted the door so it closes properly, and he told me that the torsion springs were wearing out--the door slides part way closed when unhooked from the opener/closer mechanism. But he didn't try to sell me a new set of springs. He just told me to disconnect the door from the closer once a month and make sure it wasn't significantly heavier to lift than it was today. He said I'll know when the spring finally breaks! Thanks, Bryan, for a great experience. By the way, Bryan gave me a two-hour window for his arrival, which I appreciated. So many service personnel these days want to give a four-hour window. ... And he telephoned to tell me he was on his way about 40 minutes before he arrived. AND he arrived within his two-hour window. All in all, well done! When our springs finally DO wear out, we'll be happy to call Bella Doors back for the replacement job. :-) read more

Just had our garage door installed and I absolutely love it. I got a couple quotes but when Nikki came over for our free estimate. She was awesome. Extremely friendly and helped us to make the right choice. Without trying to sell us on the fancy extra that aren't needed. She was great with communication on our timeline. Delivery date was as promised and installation was on time. Brian explained & answered all my questions. I'm in love with the garage and highly recommend Bella Doors to all! read more

My garage door opener had been acting up for several years and finally it just gave out. I called my home warranty company Old Republic and they called Bella Doors to drive all the way up to Big Bear to check it out. Bella called me before they came and asked for information and some dimensions on my original opener system so they could be prepared to replace the system if needed. Brian arrived and did a thorough analysis and determined my old unit was indeed burned out. He had brought the correct sized replacement unit and in just a couple hours had the whole complete system replaced. Works fantastic and Brian took all the old system away with him. Great experience. Thanks Bella. read more

Thank You Bella Doors and Bryan for arriving on time and goin above and beyond and not just replacing my motor to my garage door, bit tightened my garage door spring without even asking him to so I guess that's the normal protocol. I can't remember the staff member that answered the call when I first called about the repair and she quoted me a price which included motor, installation etc with no upscale surprises. She was very nice , informative and recommended me the top garage motor LIFT MASTER w/ a lifetime warranty on motor and she was right on, away went my noisy annoying motor and now my garage door is smooth, quiet and efficient. I was apprehensive about calling other garage door company's but it just didn't feel right especially when my friend recommended me Bella Doors a family run business which that alone made me feel better since I too worked in a family business which seem to go the extra step. I will Definitely Recommend Bella Doors for honest , hard working and efficient service. Your good honest people, thanks again you guys! Thomas / Redlands read more

Needed an adjustment after self-installation. Brian was honest with me leeting me know that there was no problems with my hardware. Straight forward, knew what he was doing, and flexible. I really like them. Came the sameday i called. Reasonable priced. I will call & recomend them for sure.

So I was in need of getting a garage door replaced. Contacted Bella Doors since I got a card from Brian when I saw him and his truck at a gas station. Before calling, I looked them up on yelp and was satisfied with their reviews so I asked if they could come over to give me an estimate. Brian came to my house that same day and gave me the estimate which before receiving it I was expecting to hear that I was looking at over $1000 dollars. To my surprise it was not as much as I thought. Being that I needed the door fixed already and since I got a good vibe from Brian (whom is the owner by the way) I decided to go on and contract this company. He found out that the door I needed was in stock and they came out the next day (which is today 3/5/19) to take care of my needs. Manny, whom is the technician who did the work, was great. Quick and extremely polite and neat. I tend to look at reviews on yelp constantly before Making a decision to hire someone. I recommend Bella Doors to anyone looking to get some work done. Their professionalism and their attitude was great. Their pricing I felt were fair. So give them a chance!!! You will not be disappointed. Thank you Brian. Thank you Manny.
