Throughout the meal the waiters were keen to ensure everything was good and even the head chef came out and checked how we enjoyed our meal and for any suggestions as to how to improve the dining experience. Food wise we tried a few things (more than we should have really): the matka puri (absolutely gorgeous, light and beautiful mix of textures and flavours) & seekh kebabs (lovely spicy & very filling). For mains we had the Daab Chingri (black tiger prawns in a lightly sweetish sauce - prawns cooked perfectly) & the Dum Biryani (lamb was nice & tender - be a little wary of placing too much of the accompanying sauce on as it's quite spicy!). We also tried the andhra aloo (potato - the one dish that didn't inspire us) and the gobi anardana (cauliflower- which was really lovely).
