I took a chance and brought her in, in the back of my pick-up truck. I brought her in on a rope as she was panting and trying to run away. Sue took the rope and got a treat and somehow kept her fingers, and Dingo was all in her hands. When I picked her up, she had a striped bandanna on, smelt like strawberries and she no longer had long wild claws, but short tamed paws, and she wasn't even barking! Oh and she was shiny, I knew she was black but I'd only seen her with a brown tint...which now I know was dirt. I never knew she had a shiny coat under that mess. Katie had given her a stress reliever, massage bath and she relaxed and I guess enjoyed her day at the spa..so much for being a Dingo... I highly recommend Pet Services for your pets grooming needs - the price was great and the service was excellent. Thank you Sue and Katie! Once I can wrangle Dingo up again, we will be back for you to do your magic.

I would not recommend this place at all. They have no customer service skills. They come off very…read moreabrupt and try to turn it around and say your the one who is rude. We have gone their before with 2 dogs and both times there was a run around about not having one of our dog's vet information (when clearly they had it because they would have not performed any past services if they had not) and very quick to tell us than we need to cancel the upcoming appt. without wanting giving us a chance to call back with the update information required. When I called back to let to ask them what their email address was so that I could resend it (again) and asked them to have their paperwork updated so we wouldn't continue the same issues, they got very defensive saying that it was me who was rude. The conversation did escalate and I am so happy that we are now going to another place. As much as we would like to support small businesses, the downside is this place feels like they can treat people anyway they like. My mother says the older lady is nice, but the young one who I had the displeasure of speaking too is very snotty! It's a shame the dog in question has been there at least twice within one year and they give us a hard time each time because they for whatever reason are not up to date with how they file their records. Bottomline there are too many groomers out there and in MY past experience I have always had a great experience with groomers, pet lovers are usually so nice....oh well this is on them for me writing this review. I have an appt. tomorrow @ 7am for another groomer. made the call, they asked if they were up to date on shots...yes they are...please bring with you when you bring the dogs in. Boom! Done......

I had taken my Maine Coon to Petsmart many times for the "Loin Cut". He came home so happy and…read morerelieved to be home. Prancing around his new haircut. Really happy. I decided to try out a grooming place that was closer and claimed they had many years experience with grooming cats and dogs. This was Jo's grooming. Now, this isn't a professional business by any means but you know what they say....The best places are the little hole in the wall places. So we decided to give this local place a go... When we came in, I was shocked at how unprofessional the staff was and unclean the place was but then again this wasn't a chain store. I spoke to the owner, Jo, and she really made me believe she knew what she was doing, saying she owned a farm and sanctuary for animals and pets. A rescue of sorts. I had looked up her business and didn't see any negative reviews and she has been in business for many years. Maybe I should have gone with my instincts. I wasn't to happy with the stinky smell. But then dogs and cats poop and it smells. Jo seems really sincere and I believed her. I left my Lilly there for 5 and 1/2 hours thinking that maybe he gave Jo a really hard time, as he has done with us and Jo needed time for him to settle down so she can finish her job. As she explained to me as well. When I come to pick up my Lilly, he was really happy to see me. I picked him up, snuggled with him and he snuggled his head in the crease of my arm, a very unusual move for him, but I just thought he missed me. That was 7 days ago. He still isn't back to normal. He is very out of sorts. The left side of his whiskers had been chopped off, something I didn't notice when I first picked him up. You all know how it is when you are excited to see your new hair cut. And any cat lover knows that if a cats whiskers are hindered they become unbalanced. He is drooling like there is something wrong with his throat or teeth. He has not been the same!!! After 3 days ( monday) we took him to our Veterinarian. They couldn't pinpoint what was wrong. He hides under our bed blankets, for hours at a time. All the sheet and 2 comforters. He never did that before. He doesn't come down to play or even let us pet him. He is a different cat. I dont know what they did to my cat but I would NEVER take him back and I would be aware!!!!!!!
