Upon picking up my dog we were told his paw was knicked during grooming and upon bringing home his paw was gushing blood everywhere as if they cut his nail wrong or cut in between his toe really bad. He was so bad that we had to bathe him and put a sock on his foot to try and control the bleeding. We reached out to the owner for her to send her groomer to my home to look over my dog and then the groomer tell us that she never made a mistake or rushed and that it's our fault for not taking our dog as often as we should and that she apparently never knicked or cut our dog. Then when the owner called us after her girls returned back to the office the owner sided with her groomer and was very rude to my husband on the phone and stated it not their problem and hung up on him. It's sad because we have been with them as a customer for 3 years! This whole situation is unprofessional.

From head to tail was recommended through a post I did on Facebook, because she is a very anxious girl. When I called to set up the appointment in the first place the person I spoke to was super nice answered all of my questions and reassured they would take great care of Nylah. When I arrived this morning I spoke with Whitney, and I let her know more about Nylah and how anxious and scared she gets going to groomer. And she came up with a plan to ease Nylah into it and do as much as she would allow without pushing it. I knew Nylah felt safe and comfortable there when we were getting ready to leave and she kept walking back to Whitney. Nylah would never do that at any other groomer, she would be ready to dart out the door as soon as she was done. I'm truly grateful for Whitney, through the crazy busy morning they had she still took the time to make sure I was heard and took her time to comfort Nylah as well.
