This review is a little different but felt it was needed to be shared. My dog had injured his dew…read morenail the night before and it was a bloody mess. The next day I had a hard time reaching my vet. I called Head to Tail asking if my situation was something they wanted to take on. Much to my surprise they indicated that they would assess the injury and help with my problem. Once we came in my dog was greeted and taken back for the assessment. A little while later, my dog was handed over to me. The caregiver indicated that they cleaned and shaved the area and grinded down the nail and completed the other nails. The injury wasn't as bad as I thought but never the less, my gratitude can't be expressed enough. The level of kindness and caring was over and beyond what was expected. We are clients of Head to Tail and will be for a very long time. To the crew at Head to Tail, thank you for all that you do for our animals.

Your manager needs some serious training on proper customer service & how to actually talk AND listen to people. When we pointed it out to one of your associates last week when we were in, he told us "yeah, we know, but we think it has a "wobble" so we labeled it as spider too. That's not how that works!
