And after he's taken care of your oral surgery, you'll likely agree that it's worth the extra costs, because he does everything perfectly. So does his staff. My experience has been that I've been written information on specifics of how much everything will cost in advance (and they accept dental discount programs as well as dental insurance, which I appreciate.) He intends for every part of his patients' experience to be excellent, and so it is. You can absolutely trust everything they do, and that's worth a lot in my opinion. I had to remove 4 wisdom teeth even though my top 2 were the ones bothering me. After the initial meeting with Dr. Gregory, he basically stated that the bottom wisdom teeth needed to be removed as they were impacted. Fair enough. The initial meeting and actual procedure were really quick I probably talked to Dr. Gregory all of 4 mins total. I woke up with some swelling, nothing too bad, and was sent on my way and started on the antibiotics and pain meds as prescribed. That's when things started going downhill. I assumed that the normal recovery time of about 3 days to a week would suffice before I recovered close to full health, however, it took me almost 6 weeks before I was pain free! My pain was coming from both impacted teeth from my bottom molars. 6 weeks however is not the usual healing timeline. The problem with this office was that there was no follow up and very minimal information regarding post procedure topics. I had to look up most of the stuff online and guess my diagnosis and prayed I wasnt having dry socket or even worse an infection. It was very difficult to set up a follow up appointment due to his busy schedule and that the office is open during normal work hours. Luckily for me I recovered on my own. I had to buy a water pic and religiously use salt water for 3 weeks and was able to eat solid food again without pain 1.5 months after the procedure. Improvement in bedside manner and having a thorough follow up process would dramatically improve the overall patient experience even if the problematic patient is few and far between.

That would have only given me 20 minutes to get there. I asked, is my appointment not scheduled for 10:30? She said it's actually 10am. I knew that was inaccurate but obliged. I got there at 10am. I sat there until 10:30 before I was called back. When I got back there, the tech said I was scheduled because I was having pain. I said no, I'm just here for a cleaning. He informed me that there's no way they could do a cleaning today and I was scheduled for something else. We both walked back to the front and he and the front desk went back and forth about what's scheduled and what could and couldn't be done. I told them to just cancel me and I would just leave. NEVER AGAIN. 1) The staff told me they were in network when I made the appointment and submitted my information. They lied. 2) They did a ridiculous amount of x-rays to pad charges even though I submitted x-rays from my previous doctor that were less than year old. 3) They charged $524 for these services and had the audacity to say that a regular annual cleaning would be an additional $250, at which point I just left. I have excellent insurance but some providers require me to pay up front and be reimbursed. Never have I paid over $500 for services that didn't include a basic cleaning (which is what I asked for when I made the appointment). My last cleaning was in Manhattan on Park Ave. I kid you not. But then the kicker... 4) They submitted the insurance incorrectly. I find out they are NOT in network (they lied) and now I have to file a dispute with my bank, an appeal with my insurance, and alert the BBB because they are obviously price gouging. More work for me. All of this and all they was give me a half a bottle of Sam's club water and x-rays I don't need. Zero stars. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING TO THIS DENTIST.
