I realized I didn't get a reminder email/call so I gave them a call this morning to confirm my appointment. The lady on the phone asked if I could come in at 9:30. That would have only given me 20 minutes to get there. I asked, is my appointment not scheduled for 10:30? She said it's actually 10am. I knew that was inaccurate but obliged. I got there at 10am. I sat there until 10:30 before I was called back. When I got back there, the tech said I was scheduled because I was having pain. I said no, I'm just here for a cleaning. He informed me that there's no way they could do a cleaning today and I was scheduled for something else. We both walked back to the front and he and the front desk went back and forth about what's scheduled and what could and couldn't be done. I told them to just cancel me and I would just leave. I would have been fine if they mistakenly didnt schedule me for today and was honest and let me know so I didnt drive all the way there for no reason.

NEVER AGAIN. 1) The staff told me they were in network when I made the appointment and submitted my information. They lied. 2) They did a ridiculous amount of x-rays to pad charges even though I submitted x-rays from my previous doctor that were less than year old. 3) They charged $524 for these services and had the audacity to say that a regular annual cleaning would be an additional $250, at which point I just left. I have excellent insurance but some providers require me to pay up front and be reimbursed. Never have I paid over $500 for services that didn't include a basic cleaning (which is what I asked for when I made the appointment). My last cleaning was in Manhattan on Park Ave. I kid you not. But then the kicker... 4) They submitted the insurance incorrectly. I find out they are NOT in network (they lied) and now I have to file a dispute with my bank, an appeal with my insurance, and alert the BBB because they are obviously price gouging. More work for me. All of this and all they was give me a half a bottle of Sam's club water and x-rays I don't need. Zero stars. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING TO THIS DENTIST.

Their website shows that they are open until 7pm. Therefore, being unable to call, I tried the CHAT window on their website. At first, there was no response. Then, after about 20 minutes, there was a response. I asked for an appointment, and I was offered the next day or the next Thursday. I wrote that anytime on Thursday (15-FEB-2024) was fine. But I never received a response. I tried also to use the "First Visit" link on their website to fill out forms and paper-work, but it always failed. It is now 17-FEB-2024, and I never received a response for the time of an appointment on 15-FEB-2024. Dr. Kuhre made sure I was numb and wouldn't feel any pain throughout the procedure and he did an excellent job. Over the years, he's provided me with retainer repairs by just applying extra bonding to my permanent retainer and also mouth guards, X-rays and cleanings, which are provided by his dental hygienists.
