Angle is a great guy, does great work for a reasonable price. I have always taken my bikes there for tuneups and parts.

If you want to "up" your ride experience, doing a Pro Fit (and especially purchasing a new ride you…read morealways wanted) with Cenna should definitely elevate your experience to a new level that might surprise you. It did for me - and I've ridden high-end, 'custom-fitted' bikes for decades. Doing just this with Cenna was robably my best cycle experience - from a long list of good-to-great ones - with even gaining tons of new & valuable cycle learning. Cenna is a true pro with a hard-earned experience over decades that, combined with the right amount of data-driven fit input, results in that true, perfect fit experience. Easily the best bike fit of many before. One you immediately consciously tune into on each ride in a delightful way. It is worth noting that it is better to have an average bike with a perfect fit (than the best bike with a mediocre fit). So don't underestimate the fit side. And Cenna is a true fit pro as well as a truly expert mechanic immensely knowledgeable about the entire range of equipment (road, tri, gravel, mtn) and its optimal installation. But, what is best for you - not what the shop likes for themselves. And, to note, there is some great depth in the shop from Harrison. Sure, many bikes can sure seem an expensive luxury; complete pro fits an indulgence. Don't let others judge your inferior bike - or your high-end one. But, whatever bike you resonate with, the investment in a great fit should bear some truly nice dividends over its life. My experience is that this is a great bike shop of wide scope and depth for most any need from basic to the finesse wrenchings needed for a top cat rider.

I bought a pair of cycling shoes directly from a manufacturer and was looking for some insight about the fit. When I visited this store, I was told that I would have to pay to get any input. The exact words were "you bought those online, and I have those shoes in the store. Why should I do anything?" This is not the type of conduct that builds relationships and shows any interest in repeat business. I would never expect to be talked to this way by a business owner, much less one where I'd already spent $1400 on a set of carbon wheel in the past twelve months. And to be clear, I called previously and was told my size was NOT available in the store and would have to be ordered.

I drove about 30 minutes to the Louisville Cyclery location after seeing the Air Rush pump on the Trek website in stock at Louisville Cyclery and in stock on the Louisville Cylcery website. Once arriving I learn the Air Rush is not in stock and was immediately trying to be sold another product. They had said, "they sold the last one this morning". However on the Trek website, the Air Rush is still available at Louisville Cyclery. The product is also showed available for pick up on the Louisville Cyclery website. This time I purchase the "available" Air Rush online and receive a receipt and order number for the "in stock" unit at the Louisville Cylcery location. I got back to Louisville Cylcery and the unit is not available. I would not recommend visiting this location or shopping online. The Trek website still list the Air Rush available at Losivlle Cyclery two hours later when it is not in stock. Deceptive marketing and misleading the customer. Disappointed in Trek and their dealer here. Additionally, Louisville Cycelry still shows the Air Rush as available on their website.

Though they did not have the parts I needed, the two guys in there were very helpful and friendly. Was told it would take a few weeks, but they would call me when it's ready. I said no rush, it's winter time and I won't be needing to ride anytime soon. After a few weeks had passed, I never heard back. I called multiple times. Left multiple messages with no returns to my calls. I stopped by multiple times, to find a hand written note on the door says they're closed. Which contradicts their business hours posted online. Fast forward 4 months later to March of 2021. Not a single effort was made to reach out to me. Finally, I walk in on a day they happen to be open. I sh*t you not, I see the bike is sitting exactly where it was left 4 months ago, untouched. The associate said, I'll jump on this right now and have it ready within an hour. I said calmly "cool, I'll grab some lunch and come back." I came back 2 hours later, he was sitting behind the desk doing absolutely nothing, and the bike still wasn't even touched!! I literally had to say I'm going to wait right here and watch you do this, so I can take my bike home. He did it in 15 minutes. The phone was ringing like crazy, with no answer (figures). Not one apology, or explanation was ever given. I wasn't charged for the labor, but Jesus.. How do you expect to survive running a customer facing business without doing the absolute bare minimum of effort to meet expectations?
