Both were pretty good, but I have to mention I was crazy hungry and running a calorie deficit that day, so I needed some high calorie nomz to bring me back to life. The Mac n' Cheese was good. Better than average, but about a solid 4 stars. Definitely the best in a fast food tier. The Mango Shake was crazy decadent and something I would only order once in a blue moon. It's a sugar-bomb and pretty sweet. But, after not consuming enough calories the day I went, this was actually pretty gratifying. I just have to say that I normally love Shake Shack and have visited many locations all with good service and good food. The service in this location is HORRIBLE! The order taker was so rude and spoke in a whisper that was so hard to hear over all of the noise and got annoyed that I asked him to repeat something. Even after he repeated my order back to me; he still got it wrong. I was told they were going to bring my order out to me at a table as my husband and I were sitting outside. After waiting 15 minutes, when the food didn't arrive, I walked back in and the order was sitting on the counter and had been for some time apparently. When I asked why the food wasn't brought outside as they had told me the answer was, Sorry we're busy." I mean isn't part of the job to bring the food out? That is unacceptable and rude. The other eateries that are not this expensive like Habit Burger, they taste bland. And other lower-priced like Burger King and Carl's Jr are so-so. McDonald's Big Mac is bit sweet. Javier provided impeccable service, stayed calm while I was ordering completely frantic with a screaming toddler, and even provided color f items to bring down their "moods" almost immediately. OK service at this Shake Shack, like every other one of its locations. I was not expecting much. Walking in it was already noticeably not clean, with trash left on the tables and the floor already dirty. I had done a take-out order through the kiosk they had inside the restaurant and the process was very quick and easy to do. However, my food did not come out at a normal time and took a while for it to be prepared even though there were not that many people in the restaurant. The food quality is okay too. Not the best. My burger was very flimsy and droopy, but it tasted alright. Considering everything along with the kind of high price, I would not return here again, at least at this location. read more

Today on 5/30/24 at around 12:45pm all the workers were very kind and friendly . The food was good and delivered to our table. We were asked multiple times if we were ok and if we needed anything. Burgers We ordered the double shack burger, the shack burger, and the shroom burger plus fries. They were about $7-$10 and $4-$5 for the fries. The patties were really juicy and the buns were very soft. The sauce isn't too flavorful and you have to ask for onions. The shroom burger is made with mushrooms and was pretty good. First, let me say the chicken nuggets here are very good. There seems to be a lot of debate about this online, esp. compared to Chick Fil A. If you are craving chicken nuggets and Chick is closed, Shake Shack has you covered. Even if Chick is open, it's toss up. What is not a toss up is the honey mustard sauce. Chick Fil A's is way better. Second, the burgers are good here too. Depending on your tastes, I could see the argument being made that their burger is better than In-And-Out. Wait! Why does this location have such a low score?! Came on a Monday afternoon after a meeting and decided to have a midday dinner and a show at AMC lol. My girl Brooklyn at the register was so sweet. Great customer service. It took about 10mins to get my food which was perfectly timed with the trailers. They also have chicken burgers and hot dogs, but really you should come here for the burgers, and next time I will try the avocado bacon burger, which looks great. We got some waters, a punch lemonade, and a chocolate chip shake. The shake was amazing, a bit pricey, but worth it. The lemonade was really good as well. The fries perfect. Unpopular opinion: Shake Shack is better than In N Out My order is the chicken shack with cheese fries. I've also had their shack burger (good) but the chicken sandwich is like an elevated chick fil a sandwich with fresh crunchy pickles, mayo, and lettuce. The bread is soft and it's my favorite sandwich here. The cheese fries are what make me come back again and again!!! I've tried the nuggets but not as good as Chick fil a - the coating isn't stuck on all the way and will sometimes slide off, not ideal.
