Good chicken shack, poor "shroom burger, mushroom filled with cheese burger. Good fries! Packed during lunch time during weekends. Fast service though!

The Shake Shack app makes it so easy to order ahead and pick up at the casual Century City location. They also often offer great coupon codes like the ones for free chicken shacks on Sundays (with a $10 purchase). The staff is super friendly and make sure to ask for names when you arrive for pick up orders. The food is also always pretty consistent for burgers at this price point. Their crinkle fries are my favorite.

They quick, the tables are being wiped regularly, and the game me the most cheese on my cheese fries that I've ever gotten. Most places give you one scoop of cheese on top, there was throughout. They burger was cooked to perfection. I did try their strawberry lemonade with mini boaboa and it was way too sweet for me, but if that's what you like, get it. It was too sweet for my taste.

I wasn't expecting to make a review for this place, but the chicken shack at this location really blew me away! the chicken was juicy & tender and the outside had a perfect crispy texture! the chicken piece was also a generous size and bigger than the buns! the fries were alright, but I mainly get them to dip in the shack sauce (which I recommend asking for one on the side)! I saw they had a banana pudding shake on their menu, which I didn't get this time but will def try in the near future! I ordered ahead on the app so my order was ready when I got there! someone also asked if I needed anything while I was eating, which was appreciated! this location is also nice w/ indoor and outdoor seating. it was clean and pretty spacious with many available tables!

This review is for Javjer! I walked in with two little ones post movie, and post a terrible time at the Asian restaurant across the way. Javier provided impeccable service, stayed calm while I was ordering completely frantic with a screaming toddler, and even provided color f items to bring down their "moods" almost immediately. ALL WITH AN EXTREMELY HUMBLE AND KIND PERSONA. Seriously, stellar dude! Shout out to you! The food was delicious! Perfectly pressed Shake Shack burgers and absolutely yummy condiments. We sat outside on this gorgeous day and loved it. A nice feel both inside and out. Cheers to impeccable service Yelpers! That's what keeps us coming back for more xx

Today on 5/30/24 at around 12:45pm all the workers were very kind and friendly . The food was good and delivered to our table. We were asked multiple times if we were ok and if we needed anything. Probably the best service I've gotten at shake shack. I usually add names of who was very helpful but today I'd like to say the whole crew was helpful at the time I added at the start of my review . Our table was a little dirty but they had anti bacterial wipes so we were able to clean our table. Not a big deal for me if I have to clean my table. Nice having an attentive staff. Good food and good service 5/5

Our burgers were delicious! I'm a pescatarian and they had choices for me as well. We devoured our food. It is so yummy! Their service was on-point. We sat at a table where we could look out of the windows and enjoy the scenery.

I absolutely loved this location. The service was friendly and ambiance clean and casual. After the long 3 hour movie of Oppenheimer which was amazing btw I was so hungry and wanted something quick. I ordered the Roadside protein style and it was delicious. Not sure why they charge an extra $1 for lettuce wrap when you're saving them on the bread? Regardless the meat and burger was fresh and delicious.

It's a little inconvenient if you're not already at the mall because you have to park in a packed garage but it won't affect my review. I ordered the smokestack burger, fries and the chocolate salted caramel shake and the peaches and cream shake and it was all very good. Some of the best shakes I've had. The staff was also very friendly and fast. I definitely recommend!

Shake Shack is a chain burger shop all over the United States. This one was located in the Westfield Century City Mall and is very modern with seating inside and outside the store. There's lots to do nearby since it's at a mall and they have a restroom. They have a water filling area. The table was weirdly sticky. You order from a screen, so not much service besides getting your food. Overall, ambiance and service are average. Burgers We ordered the double shack burger, the shack burger, and the shroom burger plus fries. They were about $7-$10 and $4-$5 for the fries. The patties were really juicy and the buns were very soft. The sauce isn't too flavorful and you have to ask for onions. The shroom burger is made with mushrooms and was pretty good. The fries were good but we wish they were slightly crunchier. Overall, the burgers were good but just a bit expensive for what you get. Overall The ambiance: 4/5 The burgers: 4/5 The price: $$

Then, an eternity ago, it closed and we were sad. Then Long Beach Creamery opened and we weren't that sad for that long, but still, I absolutely still thought about them every once in a while, sad that they'd left. Then, a much closer eternity ago (about a year ago - I've been super burned-out and not finishing my reviews), I was on my way from an event back to the blue line and walked by and noticed that they had, in fact, just moved. So obviously we had to get some. Verdict - yes, it absolutely was as good as I remembered. I wouldn't go back to DTLA just for ice cream, Long Beach Creamery being walking distance and wonderful, but I would absolutely stop here if I were back in DTLA and wanted ice cream. It's a bit pricey, but all craft ice cream is going to be, and it is definitely craft. And you can save a lot by getting a 3-scoop, which is very much enough to share for two people, if not slightly too much.

My boyfriend tried the vanilla soft serve with Nutella filled Aboong. The Oreo taiyaki was absolutely delicious! It came out super fresh, they filled both the body AND tail with Oreo so every bite had a great ratio of chewy fish and filling. This location always fills their Taiyaki evenly which I appreciate, it's much better than the ones I've tried in Sawtelle. It's really affordable too, so definitely come try it.
