I don't get shake shack often because I like more of a classic burger, but this was the only thing open at the century city food court. At first, I wasn't a fan that I'm paying $11 and not getting fries- but I do enjoy the quality of the burger. I got my burger lettuce wrapped which was delicious and it had two patties inside. Better than average, but about a solid 4 stars. Definitely the best in a fast food tier. The Mango Shake was crazy decadent and something I would only order once in a blue moon. It's a sugar-bomb and pretty sweet. But, after not consuming enough calories the day I went, this was actually pretty gratifying. Grabbing a burger before a movie, what could go wrong with Shake Shake? To find a female polished nail inserted in the bun with gold and blue nail polish just made me GAG! And you say, they are expensive? Yes they are but they are delicious. In addition, you can order thru their APP. So you don't have to wait in line. (YES, THEY HAVE AN APP.) The other eateries that are not this expensive like Habit Burger, they taste bland. And other lower-priced like Burger King and Carl's Jr are so-so. McDonald's Big Mac is bit sweet. I don't care for that. And oh, I also recommend their CHOCOLATE SHAKE. *Although the Shack Burger is called just Burger, it actually has Cheese. In effect, it's practically a Cheeseburger. read more

I just have to say that I normally love Shake Shack and have visited many locations all with good service and good food. The service in this location is HORRIBLE! The order taker was so rude and spoke in a whisper that was so hard to hear over all of the noise and got annoyed that I asked him to repeat something. Even after he repeated my order back to me; he still got it wrong. I was told they were going to bring my order out to me at a table as my husband and I were sitting outside. After waiting 15 minutes, when the food didn't arrive, I walked back in and the order was sitting on the counter and had been for some time apparently. When I asked why the food wasn't brought outside as they had told me the answer was, Sorry we're busy." I mean isn't part of the job to bring the food out? That is unacceptable and rude. Our chicken tenders came with no sauce and we requested honey mustard and the rest of the food was mediocre. and cold. This review is for Javjer! I walked in with two little ones post movie, and post a terrible time at the Asian restaurant across the way. Javier provided impeccable service, stayed calm while I was ordering completely frantic with a screaming toddler, and even provided color f items to bring down their "moods" almost immediately. I've grabbed burgers here a couple times while walking around the mall. I tried the truffle burger last time, which was tasty! The burgers here are good overall, but quite small for the price. The service is usually quick and staff is friendly. OK service at this Shake Shack, like every other one of its locations. I was not expecting much. Walking in it was already noticeably not clean, with trash left on the tables and the floor already dirty. I had done a take-out order through the kiosk they had inside the restaurant and the process was very quick and easy to do. However, my food did not come out at a normal time and took a while for it to be prepared even though there were not that many people in the restaurant. The food quality is okay too. Not the best. Today on 5/30/24 at around 12:45pm all the workers were very kind and friendly . The food was good and delivered to our table. We were asked multiple times if we were ok and if we needed anything. Probably the best service I've gotten at shake shack. I usually add names of who was very helpful but today I'd like to say the whole crew was helpful at the time I added at the start of my review . Our table was a little dirty but they had anti bacterial wipes so we were able to clean our table. Not a big deal for me if I have to clean my table. Nice having an attentive staff. Shake Shack is a chain burger shop all over the United States. This one was located in the Westfield Century City Mall and is very modern with seating inside and outside the store. There's lots to do nearby since it's at a mall and they have a restroom. They have a water filling area. The table was weirdly sticky. You order from a screen, so not much service besides getting your food. Overall, ambiance and service are average. Burgers We ordered the double shack burger, the shack burger, and the shroom burger plus fries. They were about $7-$10 and $4-$5 for the fries. The patties were really juicy and the buns were very soft. The sauce isn't too flavorful and you have to ask for onions. The shroom burger is made with mushrooms and was pretty good. The fries were good but we wish they were slightly crunchier. Overall, the burgers were good but just a bit expensive for what you get. First, let me say the chicken nuggets here are very good. There seems to be a lot of debate about this online, esp. compared to Chick Fil A. If you are craving chicken nuggets and Chick is closed, Shake Shack has you covered. Even if Chick is open, it's toss up. What is not a toss up is the honey mustard sauce. Chick Fil A's is way better. Second, the burgers are good here too. Depending on your tastes, I could see the argument being made that their burger is better than In-And-Out. The Double Burger was overcooked and a bit dry, fries was ok, their Large Soda is about 12 to 15oz (a Small in other eateries.) they said they offer free refills, the soda fountain is behind the counter so you would have to ask them for the refill), the service crew were friendly and helpful, the dining area was clean and well kept. The chicken is always fresh , hot and made to order . The fries are always so good and fresh with the cheese sauce on top . I also ordered the cookies and cream milkshake which was so delicious and my first time trying a milkshake there . The service is fast and orderly . The dining room is always clean which makes it a great atmosphere to eat . The servers are always cleaning the tables and making sure the floor is clean . It's a bit pricey now . Wait! Why does this location have such a low score?! Came on a Monday afternoon after a meeting and decided to have a midday dinner and a show at AMC lol. My girl Brooklyn at the register was so sweet. Great customer service. It took about 10mins to get my food which was perfectly timed with the trailers. Food was hot n fresh and typical of Shake Shack. Added a lil can of wine to really elevate the experience lol. Brooklyn even checked in on my way out and helped me address a minor concern i had. 10/10. Will be back and def recommend coming midday. I didn't have to wait in line at all and that matters. We were so excited find one of our fave spots at a new mall for us. However, it didn't hold up. Everything at this location costs extra. We had to use a kiosk to order. They asked for a tip. For 6 of us to eat was over 100 dollars! So not worth it. Food took over 40 minutes to get! Very few spots to sit and wait. Half of it was blocked off. The shakes, which should have been the highlight of our lunch, were a disappointment. They tasted ok, but were extra pricey. On top of that, whipped cream is extra! Unpopular opinion: Shake Shack is better than In N Out My order is the chicken shack with cheese fries. I've also had their shack burger (good) but the chicken sandwich is like an elevated chick fil a sandwich with fresh crunchy pickles, mayo, and lettuce. The bread is soft and it's my favorite sandwich here. The cheese fries are what make me come back again and again!!! I've tried the nuggets but not as good as Chick fil a - the coating isn't stuck on all the way and will sometimes slide off, not ideal. The shakes are meh and it's not the reason I go here despite the name. I much prefer a shake from Steak n Shake or even Chick fil a. Feels too melted here.
