Solid food chain burger. Downtown is always a pain to park but can usually find some around this location. Burger is tasty as always but this location didn't have all the items listed on the website.

I just left this place. The staff is kind and the location was nice and clean. The food was consistent with other Shake Shacks. Excellent!

Chicken Bites and Spicy Cheese Fries

This Shake Shack location is hard to find on this app so you'll have to access its page through Google. However, that little inconvenience -- for me, at least -- doesn't diminish the nice late lunch I had here yesterday before the Astros game. I found the place on a whim after I discovered that Finn Hall was closed for the Labor Day holiday. While Shake Shack is apparently well-known for its burgers, its Chicken Bites turned me into an instant fan. Fresh and hot out of the fryer, each bite released a juiciness you can't find in Chicken McNuggets. The buffalo sauce augmented their goodness. I can't forget about the Spicy Cheese Fries, either. They're a solid side to pair with the Chicken Bites. I must mention that both can be eaten with a fork.

Ordered to go (as always now due to COVID) two shake shack burgers & cheese fries. The fries come hot, and not soggy! The burgers were great as always. I personally like in and out burger more, and I think the price is much better than Shake Shack. We will get shake shack every once in awhile though and they have quick service! You can't go wrong either since shake shack is a bit closer to us than any in and out burger joint.

Missed it the last time was in San Fran. Was going for the 5 starred Filipino fusion cuisine but not open, SS was second choice. Wow. This is much better than I expected. Organic, healthy, and hormone free. This appears to be tastier than In-N-Out burgers. The dbl smoke shack shake disappeared very quickly. Someone wolfed it down before I realize it was me eating a "gourmet" burger. Lochart Burger, only available in Texas, vanished before I can even take a picture. Pretty good. The Shroom burger, for a veggie burger, was very satisfying. Chicken bites were also delicious. Will repeat.

First time at Shake Shack. I'd been curious about this place after driging past it every day, and finally decided to take the plunge. 5 stars for the ordering system. I loved the touch screens and order customization. It was refreshing and I can only hope more restaurants get on board with this. 4 stars for the food. The burger and fries were pretty good, and the Oreo shake was decent. I like my Oreo shakes with chunks of Oreo, and this one was too finely blended. Overall, a pretty good experience. I'd return.

Shake shack chicken sandwiches

As far as spicy chicken sandwiches go, Shake Shack's offering sits in a slightly below average spot. The sandwich is pretty small, but the taste was alright. It had a nice spice level, but there wasn't much flavor to the spice. The coleslaw and pickles were also a solid ok; they offered some nice crunch but lacked taste. The service at this location was straightforward. They have little iPads that they encourage you to order at and then you just pick up your order at the shelving unit next to the register. They ask for your phone number, and theoretically you should get texted when your order is ready. We never got a text when ours was ready, so check back sooner than you think. IMO though, Popeyes's and Chick fil A still have better fast food chicken sandwiches.

My son was in town for the holidays, and where he lives now, there just aren't alot of good Mexican…read morefood spots. I wouldn't say this place is an authentic Mexican food spot, but it's close enough. Tex Mex if you will. We were trying to find something to eat in the area to meet up some fam and came across this place on Yelp. I actually had it bookmarked for awhile so I was more than happy to cross another spot of my to do list. Located in a busy shopping center in the Heights, there is alot of parking available, but at busy times, you may need to drive around a little. The restaurant itself isn't huge, but there was plenty of seating inside as well as a small patio outside. I like that they also have board games and what not so they aren't trying to rush you out, but want to make it seem like a hangout spot. Customer service was amazing from start to finish. The young lady taking our order went above and beyond explaining their concept and describing each item they had. During our meal, they checked in on us frequently and made sure we were enjoying our experience. You may or may not have guessed it by the name, but Roll Em Up Taquitos specializes in taquitos. A taquito is a rolled up tortilla filled with different toppings and then deep fried. How can you go wrong with that! They also have items like tacos, a taco burger, taco salads, bowls, nachos and loaded fries. We came for the namesake item. Between our group, we got all the different varieties of taquitos available. I got a 4 pack in which you can mix and match fillings. I went with all the options of beef, chicken and potato. You then pick your topping style. They have loaded which is a cheesy, saucy options. OG is more of a traditional preparation with lettuce, queso fresco, guac and sour cream. Enchilada style is doused with enchilada sauce and cheese. I got mine loaded. The packs also come with rice and beans. For 13 bucks, it's a pretty hearty meal. The taquitos came out freshly made and had the most wonderful crunch with every bite, even with all the sauces. I imagine getting them to go or waiting awhile might take away from how it is intended to be eaten. I tried bites of the other variations and they were all tasty. I think I like the OG way the best though. The taquitos were delicious, but the big surprise was how delicious the rice and beans were. We couldn't stop talking about how good it was. We also tried a side of the street corn in a cup. This item was not a fave of the table. It was too citrus forward and something I would skip next time. For drinks, they have fountain drinks, refreshers, Jamaica and even horchata. I went with a mango refresher which was very refreshing and tasty. To finish it all off, we had to satisfy the sweet tooth with some churro donuts. These things were so so good. They made sure to bring it out towards the end of the meal so they were hot and fresh. I recommend everyone requests it that way. I wish this spot wasn't so far from home. Well maybe it's a good thing because I would be here often. I will most definitely be back if in the area.

The owner is back there conjuring up daily family recipes like a culinary wizard. This isn't 'fast food' by any means ; it's 'hurry up and get in my mouth' food. I dove into the Beef Taquito and let me tell you, this thing was so fresh I expected it to start moo-ing. It's crunchy, it's flavorful, and it's packed with so much love I almost felt obligated to send a thank-you for showing me love card. You can taste the fact that someone actually cares about your tastebuds here. Aguas frescas are made in house daily. None of that powdered neon 99 cent fake stuff here folks, all natural filled with delicious juice!! Absolutely blown away by everything on the menu and the family- friendly atmosphere but nothing impressed me more than the elote. It's creamy, tangy, and quite frankly seasoned like it's trying to win an Olympic gold medal in deliciousness. If you have the chance to check them out don't pass it up. Top 10 places to eat in Houston for sure!!!

Now, I thought I could just stop by and grab my order in about five minutes... that was not the case. It took well over 30 minutes. However, I do want to recognize the customer service, especially the gentleman in the red shirt who was running the cash wrap. He was very attentive and made sure orders were moving and getting out to customers. When I followed up on my order (about 20+ minutes in), he let me know there were about 9-10 subs ahead of mine due to a lot of online orders. Once I got my food, I thanked him and let him know next time I'll definitely be ordering online. If you're planning to grab lunch and not dine in, I highly recommend ordering ahead to save time. Now, the food... the sub was 10/10 amazing. I got the Jamaican Red Buffalo Chicken. Highly recommend. The only thing I want to point out is there was a guy working with bell peppers who came to the front line and started handling food for customers. He had on gloves and headphones, but when a customer asked him a question, he used his gloved hand to move his headphones, then went right back to handling food without changing gloves. Other than that, I'll definitely be back!!!!
