I went out of my way to get some Shake Shack, but it was soooo good! I ordered online and drove straight there to be greeted in. Music was playing and tv screens were on if you just wanted to watch a little tv while you munched. At first, I was going to just take my burgers and fries home for a ride, but I wanted to compare the quality of this location to Rice Village, so I stayed and dined in. As I went to an empty and clean table, everything I ordered was right in the box. Neatly packaged too. I could smell the fries and I devoured them first for the most part because cold fries are just not whats up! I appreciate that they did not salt the fries per request and you get to experience the crunchy outside and pillowly inside of these crinkle cut fries. They are definetrly fresh! I actually found that I enjoyed the Shake Sauce with the fries versus the burger, but it didn't need it. As for the burger- delicious! Quality bun and patty. Ingredients were fresh. With my glass of water, this meal made me full for the rest of the day! This location is just really warm and inviting too, so if you're not in a rush, I would suggest dining in. If you're looking for a great quality burger, this is a place to shake your tailfeather to endulge in a delicious and satisfying meal.

Spicy Fries with Ranch, SmokeShack, Carolina BBQ Burger with Fried Pickles

I really like the deal Shake Shack has for national burger month from May to June 1st where you get a free burger (it's a different burger every week of May) if you spend $10+. We got the new Carolina BBQ burger with fried pickles and spicy fries with ranch and got the smokeshack burger for free. The spice they put on the fries isn't usually spicy for me, but this time it had a nice kick to it, which I appreciated. The pickles on the Carolina burger were soooo good, and the burger patties were cooked perfectly and were super juicy. The service was really fast, and our waitress even brought me the earth mayo, which I really like. I also like the outdoor seating at this location, especially when there's nice weather.

Woah.. what's with the one star reviews? We've eaten lunch here twice. Never have had an issue with anything. Yes this place is self serve but it's such an easy process I truly don't understand how anyone could have a hard time navigating it. (It's literally pictures of the food and you pay lol) Staff here is so friendly !! They're consistently asking customers if they are good/ satisfied and are happy to accommodate to the customers request. We haven't gone through the drive through yet but inside has always been fast. Food is pretty good, fresh, consistent, reliable, and flavorful. We typically order the classic and the bacon cheeseburger. Items are a la carte but that's pretty typical nowadays. Fries are okay, bacon cheese fries are pretty tasty, and water on tap is available. Minus 1 star for the price. Burgers aren't big enough to be $8 alone.

Alright, 7 days into the new year. Here goes my first review of 2024! I love Shake Shack and was thrilled to see they finally built one near me. I tried it out yesterday and it was a pretty mediocre experience. First off, both of the drive thru lanes were insanely long and moving slowly. I decided to get out of the line to park and place a mobile order (it looked a little crazy inside too). My estimated pickup time arrived and I got out of my car and went in. I was right. It was a bit chaotic inside. People were waiting around for their orders and others awkwardly asking "have you ordered" ? Seemingly never having been to a Shake Shack before since you self-order at any available kiosk. There were a few dissatisfied customers. I noticed one woman asking for her money back. A few others complaining about how long it was taking or missing items. The staff did seem to be running behind. I had placed my order through the mobile app and was relieved when they brought it out only 7 minutes late. Seeing the slight bit of chaos going on around me I figured 7 minutes wasn't so bad. My food was fresh and looked great but it wasn't until I got home that I'd realized they'd forgotten my side of Shack sauce. No big deal. My food was good but I feel like it's been a little better at other locations. Next time I may dine in so I can truly judge the full experience and get a better gauge of things. All in all I'll definitely return and I'm happy to have a Shake Shack on this side of the city.

I enjoy coming to this Shake Shack, especially if you can use some kind of deal it is well worth it. The burger there taste really good, and as someone who doesnt like crinkle cut fries, Shake Shack does a really good job making them taste amazing. One more thing is the shakes are also just as amazing as everything else on the menu. Only downside I will say is the price but the quality of food is up there.

Mango Passionade

Was in the mood for a veggie burger and refreshing drink on a hot day when I saw there was a shake shack near by. I ordered the veggie shack and the mango passionade (mango and passion fruit infused lemonade). The veggie burger was so good. I appreciate that the patty consists of real veggies instead of fake meat substitutes. On first glance, it looked like the patty would have been mushy but it wasn't at all. The lemonade was also delicious. I will definitely be back soon. This may be my new favorite place to get a veggie burger.

absolutely delicious, came in after work with family and friends, got burgers, chicken, shakes and drinks, their refreshers are absolutely amazing, the mango drink was my favorite. the burgers are to die for, just so yummy, so filling. service was quick and quiet

double Cheeseburger with gluten free bun

after awhile, lettuce wraps on burgers gets old and starts feeling more like a salad than a burger. shake shack is one of the few places in the area that offers udi's gluten free buns in a fast food setting. starting off the year right with a double cheese burger, the way god intended, with a bun. the burger came out extremely hot which is appreciated . it was juicy and flavorful, and i forgot for a moment it was a gluten free bun. next time ill add pickles. fries are not in a dedicated gluten free fryer. fyi you order from a screen here when you dine in.

My wife wanted to try the new burger joint in the Bay Area. Store was well kept, staff were friendly and they had plenty of kiosks for you to place your order. Burgers were a bit pricey and in my opinion the taste was okay. We also ordered chicken bites for the little one and when it came out they shorted us one but the waitress was very nice and quick to replace it for us. Overall it was okay, wanted to show our support.

Me and my baby girl went to try today . I ordered the avocado burger which was good but no wow factor. My daughter did not like her burger at all. She would rather go to in n out burger. She said her burger was soggy. I didn't like the portion size for the fries.Seven dollars for Korean fries were kids menu portion.

Here's what cold fries look like.
Eldon F.

The burger was good, but nothing really spectacular (which for the price, I think it should have been). The fries were a nice cut and plenty for the price, but I usually like mine at least warm. These weren't ice cold, but no heat could be felt at all. However, the order came out quickly and was accurate.

'Shroom Burger

I'm the biggest Shake Shack fan ever and was beyond excited to hear they opened one in Baybrook. Since it is relatively, the place was packed and it was hard to find a table. However, ordering is super fast and efficient due to self check out. The staff are nice, they're clean, and was surprised to see the low rating they had. My go-to favorite is the 'Shroom Burger. The fried mushroom was super crispy and the cheese just melted out. The fries were crispy and not too salty. Will forever always be my favorite fast food chain!

As far as fast food chicken goes, I thought Bojangles on Bay Area Blvd was a great experience! I…read moretried Bojangles for the first time just recently because of all the hype I had heard about it from East Coast people. What used to be the old Genghis Grill location, this Bojangles definitely gives Raising Canes and Layne's a run for their chicken tender money. This location is pretty spacious, clean interior, fast drive thru, and had plenty of parking too. I missed the name of the guy I talked to at the cash register, but his service was great and you could tell how hard of a worker he is. I tried their 4 piece tenders, chicken sandwich, biscuit, dirty rice, bo sauce, house made ranch, and their new blackberry cobbler. The chicken is crispy, well seasoned, and larger than the other fast food chicken tender competitors. But the main thing I'm coming back for are those BISCUITS! By far the best fast food biscuits at any fast food restaurant, it honestly beats some actual restaurants too. The only small critique was that I didn't care for the dirty rice too much, it was just a little bland, and the blackberry cobbler was way too sweet. Otherwise, I'll definitely be back again! I want to try their mac n cheese and peach honey pepper sauce. Enjoy!

Amazing price..my coworker ordered onion rings and they were pretty big and not too shabby. Their bnx sauce tastes more on the aioli which was good! Anyways, I went through the drive through and ordered a #1 combo (everything on it but added pickles) . I waited about 5 minutes at the window and it was totally worth it. The #1 combo - Burger and fries - All in all I'd classify this burger as a good "classic" burger and fry basket type. It's not over the top or takes two sentences of order description. The burger buns toasted nicely , veggies seemed fresh and the burger patty was moist and seasoned just enough . I purposely ordered the basic burger here as I feel like it really gives a good baseline on the menu. If a place doesn't impress you with the basic burger then I usually keep walking! This was not the case. For $10.83 after taxes for a burger , fries and a drink! Not bad. The fries....delicious! I believe I waited a few more minutes cause the fries seemed fresh and were pipping warm! I don't mind that because they were great tasting and with the wait. The D sauce - the burgers come with it already but they do give you a little side container of it. I did use them to dip the fries and they were good that way too. The closet way I could describe the sauce is it was a "Canes sauce variant". It tasted like it but with maybe a little more pepper or spice. It was not spicy (hot) at all to me. I'll be back for sure! I love supporting local mom and pop places but especially with good tasting food.go check them out in Webster! -R

Whataburger versus In-N-Out Burger…read more... I had a wonderful experience last week to have both Whataburger and In-N-Out Burger. So what is better? After dining at both restaurants, I will share my thoughts and my selection, but you should try both and have some fun. I do not live in Texas anymore and thoroughly miss Whataburger. In my travels if there is a Whataburger in the area, I would choose that over most Berger joints. Why? Whataburger flame broiled burger is cooked when you place your order, I found the size of their burger bigger than In-N-Out Burger. Condiments, bun, fries are about the same. Though I did notice the hand cut french fries at In-N-Out are pretty darn good. Where Whataburger definitely makes better onion rings. In-N-Out Burger's are also cooked when you placed your order. Both are juicy and both have good flavor. Both tailor, the burger with condiments that you want, cheese,, onions, ketchup, mustard, lettuce, pickles, you get to pick. I feel that both burgers use a good bun and cook it as you would expect. Juicy and delicious Where I found a difference is that In-N-Out Burger has some catchy Marketing request like an animal burger, so you have to know the secret handshake. Whataburger is a little more traditional. They just make very good hamburgers. If you're looking for ketchy West Coast fu-fu Marketing then enjoy a In-N-Out Burger, you won't be disappointed. However, if you're looking for a better burger in size and flavor, I lean to Whataburger while they are not. " ketchy" you can't go wrong with a Whataburger. Don't forget to order the onion rings they compliment the burger well So my choice... Whataburger wins over In-N-Out Burger.

To date, I have never experienced an In-N-Out location deserving of less than 4 stars. This particular In-N-Out location, in Webster, Texas (southeast of Houston) was excellent. I recently visited this location while I was on a week-long business trip in the area. I ordered a double-double with onions, French fries, and a 7-up. The line inside this In-N-Out was fairly short, as was the line at the drive-thru. The place was only a little busy, which surprised me, even though it was a Monday night at 10pm. The inside and the outside of this restaurant was extremely clean, well decorated (according to the In-N-Out style), and well illuminated. One thing I always love to see, that they had here, was the iconic crisscross "X" with their palm trees - X marks the spot of the buried treasure! And of course, I always appreciate eating in a pleasant environment. The employees here were professional and efficient at preparing my meal. As always, my meal was very satisfying, and it was made with "quality you can taste." In my opinion, there is something good to be said about the consistency at In-N-Out, always providing an excellent fast food meal at a reasonable cost, with a focus on cleanliness of their business. This place has a well-earned 5 stars from me. I'll be back the next time I return to the area.
