We came here on a Saturday night around 8:30. There were probably 15-20 people in our group so we slowly took turns getting in line and ordering as to not overwhelm the 3 young employees working that night. My friends offered to order for me since I was having a conversation, so I gave them my card and told them what I wanted. Waffle cone with two scoops. Lemon Custard on bottom, Pralines and Cream on top. They forgot by the time they went to order, so I just told the person behind the counter what I wanted. I got my ice cream and started eating while continuing on my conversation. The lemon custard looked wrong, but it was under the pralines and cream, so I decided to enjoy my ice cream and worry about that when I got to that part. Sure enough, it wasn't lemon custard. It was mango, which was back to back with the lemon custard. Ordinarily, I probably would've just continued on eating it and not said anything because mango is pretty good and I occasionally enjoy a mango smoothie. However, the lemon custard is my ABSOLUTE favorite and not very many locations even have it. So my heart was pretty set on it. On top of that, mango sometimes hurts my tummy and that late at night I wasn't willing to chance it. Since I had a cone, I told them about the mix up and just asked if I could get the lemon custard in a cup. Obviously they couldn't reuse the mango, and I wasn't going to eat it. I threw it away, but tried to at least save some of my cone to have with my lemon custard. They were very nice and helpful that late in the evening. There was another person who ordered a mango smoothie and ended up with a mangonada. She didn't want it and I don't know if she gave it away or threw it away, but she ended up with nothing because she didn't tell them about the mistake. It was a good time with friends, and I will go back. I will also make sure to watch as they're scooping so I get the right thing the first time. read more

Love the ice cream. Cookie Monster is the best. When I first moved here several years ago, I would come to this Baskin-Robbins all the time. But at one point, they had a new owner and everything was fine. Then the next time I ordered ice cream they were weighing it each time. And I stopped coming for at least a year and a half. So I've come a couple times since just to give them a shot however, they are the cheapest stingiest ice cream shop I've ever met. They give you a scoop and it's so tiny. You can't even believe you paid 4 to 6 bucks for it. I understand you gotta make a profit but at the risk of losing customersI wouldn't go back. I feel really cheated. read more

It's not gelato, so I am very critical. But it is old school ice cream. And the cookies and cream milkshake is one of the best things on a warm day when you are nearby waiting on people to get their act together and show up on time to a meeting. Yelp app told me that my conehead badge was fading. So I rectified the problem for now since gelato was too far away with the time that I had. I won't let gelato be far from my grasp if I am able, but if not, then this works just as well. read more

This particular store has been around forever. I brought my daughters here when they were tots and now they are graduated from college and working. They still want to come here. Many memories of this fine establishment. The owners always recognize us and say HI. The service is great. The customer service when buying birthday cakes is impeccable. The owner gives young people a chance to have their first jobs and we are always patient when we spot a new worker. Love this place. read more

There is a newer Baskin Robbins closer to my house, but I'll drive the extra distance (even with the excited knuckleheaded kids) to go to this one. The other one doesn't seem to have as much selection and the folks there are not nearly as friendly as the folks at this location. My only gripe is with their current special (by two scoops and get a waffle cone.) That special only applies to a cone, not a waffle bowl even though they are the same price on the menu. read more

I really appreciate Baskin Robbins - yummy, affordable ice cream. Lots of fun, creative, and seasonal flavors. They make my favorite rainbow sherbet and I really like the pralines 'n cream. My all-time favorite BR flavor is the Love Potion 31 that comes out around Valentine's Day - little chocolate hearts, filled with raspberry goo! Mmmmmm. This particular location is fine. read more
