Awesome Local Florida Seafood!…read more When I first started eating from this food truck they used to serve fries with the protein. Since the accident with their truck and they have been using the smaller trailer truck they stopped serving fries. Instead they replaced it with 4-5 Hushpuppies and a small sauce container of coleslaw. To me its not worth buying the plates without the fries because you feel its less food for the price you pay. My favorites are : Crab bites / crab cake balls. They increased the price to $10 and you only get 5 pcs now. Apparently the size is bigger than before. The new size is golf balls size. Fried Shrimp / you pretty much pay $1 a shrimp. You get about 10-11 shrimps per plate. They are huge shrimps. This costs about $11. Fried Grouper Sandwich / this is my favorite when it came with fries. Because I don't eat the bun - I eat the grouper like fish and chips! The grouper is huge! And tasty! It is one of the popular item on the menu! The cocktail and tartar sauce and the coleslaw are house made. To me the blackberry lemonade and coleslaw tastes like publix. I only follow them to grab eats when im craving but since they stopped serving fries I slowly decline following them nowadays. The cod fish and chips most of the time the fish is tad overcooked .. and no more fries! So I stopped ordering it. As much as I hate to not support the locals .. until they bring back fries in the plates, I wouldn't support as much anymore.

There were massive lines for the other 3 trucks, so we ended up at Jimmy's. I ordered two orders of the fried shrimp. My order was done in less than 10 minutes, which was pretty good for a food truck. The fried shrimp is 6 pieces, and it's $12. For $2 more, you get a generous side of fries. The shrimp was huge and sweet. The french fries were thick and well fried, although they were overly salty. You are offered tartar sauce or cocktail sauce. I asked for just ketchup and received nothing. This is a pretty efficient food truck, and I think the prices are reasonable. The shrimp was good, although the fries were salt bombs. The rest of the menu is very crab-heavy (most items are topped with crab), which might or might not appeal to you (it didn't for my family).

Great crab cake burger!…read more I found this food truck when I had an event at Brew Hub. Since I was going to be there for three hours, I figured I needed to nourish myself with a bit of grub first. I'm glad this was the truck that was there because it was definitely satisfying! I got the crab cake burger and it was delicious. There was a good amount of crab in it and the bun was very sturdy. I added fries on for an additional dollar. The fries were solid, but I find my true test for fries it whether I would eat them without any dipping sauce. It didn't have enough seasoning or flavor so I ended up needing ketchup. They were crispy and nicely fried though. I was surprised that adding fries was only a dollar. That's a pretty awesome deal. The workers were super friendly. Since it was hot outside I placed my order and came back five minutes later to grab the food. I would definitely eat at this food truck again!

I highly recommend getting the purple shakes it's a vanilla base with white chocolate and black berries. The first time I visited I had ordered the quesadilla with birria beef. I would suggest getting the side order of consommé. The platter comes with their signature seasoned fries. If you don't have a big appetite, their portions are perfect for sharing. It's quick service as it's a small kitchen, and it's literally a road side stop. Local truckers and contractors alike stop by daily for their lunches. They have a set up of picnic tables out front if you wish to dine there.

The ice cream was good, but nothing especially memorable for me. The real highlight is the location, there's a large seating area inside a trendy food hall making it a great place to hang out with friends or family while you enjoy your dessert. Overall, I'd give it about 3.5 stars. Worth trying if you're in the area, especially if you're interested in unique flavors, but it didn't quite stand out enough for me to seek it out again.

They sell Taiyaki sandwiches that seem to be made of a batter similar to waffle cones filled with sweet and savory ingredients. The waffle is pressed into the shape of a fish. Order 1 for a snack or 2-3 (3/12) for a meal. I had the Toasty which was like a grilled cheese with scallions and black sesame seeds. Simply delightful. My friend had the Anko which is filled with a Japanese sweet bean paste. She liked hers as well. You place your order and wait 5 minutes. There were three of us and our fishes came out pronto. When you order you see WAFU ice cream waffle cones. Visually these are beautiful and unusual flavors. They fill the cones with vanilla or matcha ice cream. If I had not been bundled up for a January day I would have taken a licking. Like them on FB for dates and locations.

I highly recommend trying Wafu Taiyaki if they pop up at an event near you!

So I am a bit late with this review but we did enjoy the food. It was my first experience with Thai…read morefood and I was a bit reluctant at first. We encountered this particular food truck at an event at Ridge Community High School and I thought it an odd choice but we decided to give them a try. After reviewing the menu we spoke to the gentleman working the outside about the offerings. He explained that everything is made to order and we could special order however we wanted based on what they had available. We ordered the Thai Sweet and Sour with chicken and an order of Thai Egg Rolls. The first thing you have to realize is that is is all quite different from what most of us are used to when we get Chinese food in this country. There is some similarity and yet they are very different. You can choose the level of heat you want with this food. We went mild as I was sharing with my children. The food had wonderful flavor and we ate all of it between 3 of us. We each got an egg roll and they were also very different from what we were used to and they were fabulous. One of the big things for me is that it made me want to try more offerings from food trucks as they can offer more variety than most restaurants over time. Menus may be limited but the trucks I have tried from seem to all take a lot of pride in what they serve. Given the opportunity I would try more from this one. The food was awesome and the people working it were friendly and very helpful.

It was ehhh for food truck. Had better quality pad Thai elsewhere for sure. I was super hungry though so I ate the majority of the pad Thai except for the clumps of noodles that had the hot chili paste.
