I don't have time to wait 20 minutes for your one employee to make a smoothie. I understand that you decided to rent the Keebler elf's house to make a business out of but it's completely dysfunctional. The menu is placed where you have to already order and the car waiting can't see the menu, awesome. The drive thru itself is moronic but I understand it came with the territory of renting or leasing that space. It just isn't convenient or worth it. The valley is so desperate for anything new and halfway decent that places like this get a pass on mediocrity. I hope they rethink their staffing and location I won't be back. read more

Previously have loved this place, açaí bowls have been great in the past...went a couple days ago and got two of them...bowls were way less amounts than previously. They use to serve full containers...too expensive for how much is now given. read more

What great service! They gave us a cup of ice since the drinks melt quickly in this weather. We got the tea and cold brew. The hibiscus tea was delicious with just a teaspoon of sugar. read more

I really like this place. The drinks and fruit bowls are really good and fresh. They make sure that your drinks are good tasting especially if it's a new featured drink. They use top notch raw materials which you can see and taste. read more

The best place to get a delicious smoothie in the Valley! I love that everything is fresh and made to order, not pre-made, so yes, the wait will be awhile but it is definitely worth it!! Now that it's summer time in the Valley this is the #1 go-to spot for a cool, healthy dessert to beat the heat. read more

By far the best place to get a shake! I have yet to find a place the makes better shakes! The PB&J is the best shake!!!

Ordered the Mango.K today. It was like a tropical island vacation. Super good smoothie and awesome customer service.

Best thing is the Pineapple Bowl, with pineapple, banana, granola and honey on top of pineapple sorbet read more

I'll start off by saying I've been to this place numerous times with my family and have really enjoyed their smoothies over the years. This review is not for the product, but for the food handling practices of the employees. Every time I have been to this place I've seen the employees reach their fingers into the inside of the cup when they grab it. This is after they handled my credit card when I made payment, didn't see them switch gloves (wonder if they handle cash too). I finally brought it up and the young lady said she would change her gloves for me, then proceeded to stick her fingers in my cup again without the gloves on. I explained it to her again in more detail and took my drink, but tossed it cause I didn't feel comfortable drinking it. Won't be back anymore, it's too bad cause I really liked the smoothies. Watch them after you pay and you'll see what I'm talking about. read more

I have been wanting to try their products since they had their mobile service at various locations however, I could never keep up with their schedule and locations. Now that they are in a stable place and very convenient hours I can enjoy it any time. There has been nothing I have tried that I did not like. The smoothies and bowls are always delicious and service is exceptional every single time I have visited. Great job Shake & Wake! read more

Staff was great! Superb customer service is what you want after a long day of work! Today was my first day there. I tried the ice blended coconut and loved it. I will definitely be back soon! read more

I've been a fan since Shake and Wake was just a smoothie truck and now that they opened up this new building all I can say is that they deserve it! Shake and wake is the best place for anyone who cares about what they are putting into their body. They've came a long way and upgraded in many ways including expanding their menu, increasing their work pace, and making their açai bowls even BIGGER. My all time favorite is the Detox and the PB&J with coffee. Can't wait to see more from these guys as they continue to grow! read more

Great service the smoothies were great as well however the salad I feel was overpriced and for the price I paid was not worth it. And I feel the drive thru is a bit of a mess especially if driving a large vehicle read more

The green shake is delicious! The wait is a bit long and the drive-thru is narrow, but that's to be expected with a very small establishment. The staff is friendly as well read more

Paninis are so good, hope more choices become available! I'm so happy this place centralized in the valley, and is so much more accessible during lunchtime. I highly recommend it! read more

I went and got two smoothies. One regular size (6 dollars) and another large (8 dollars). They were good, but WAY too expensive. 14 dollars for two drinks is overpriced. You can get something way cheaper, like a frappucino at Starbucks for way less. I would return but not as much as I would like to due to the prices. read more

I want to love this place. The concept, the menu have great potential. I've been here or their truck 20 plus times the past year. Some days it's so good, others... really lacking. I think their product quality is pretty good. However, stop using so much ice!!! I realize it's the hottest place on earth, but you're ruining quality of products like smoothies and acai bowls watering it down with too much ice. I frequently get the Mayan to savor the chocolate, the flavor is different every time. Either too much cinnamon, something is gritty. Ok, fruit smoothies, stop putting juice in them! You just doubled the sugar content and added poor quality ingredient. Use real but milks! I love the fact that this place offers healthy food since it's hard to find in imperial valley. I give 4 stars because the quality has gotten worse in the year I've been a customer. Don't do this to your business! read more

Shake & wake thank you for bring this to the valley, it's just what we needed. Fresh smoothies, bomb paninis, and super smooth cold brew that gives a kick every time to get me through that day ! Keep up that great work ! read more

It was my first time and a little confused to where I was to do after I pay. After the young girl ( with tattoos) gave me my card back she immediately closed the window without instruction to pull around the building! There was no arrows and was confused. I ASSUMED I was to pull around so I did. I was greeted by a nice young man who gave me my two overpriced $13 mediocre smoothies. I might go back but I dont know... Im still hurt by the first girl read more

I tried this place one time. It wasn't the greatest. I have had better Acaí bowls. Way too watery.... :(

After getting recommendations from friends and family I decided to give this place a try. The first time I went the Goji berry smoothie was excellent so I was looking forward to trying other items on the menu. Today I decided to try a blended chai tea latte - it was way too sweet and milky. I could not taste the chai at all. And the veggie panini was interesting. I was not expecting to get french's fried onions mixed with cucumber. I guess I was expecting a more traditional panini. Next time I will stick to the smoothies. read more

I love the shakes and the menu but the cashier has a HORRIBLE IV ATTITUDE!!!! That needs to change people...
