Thank you to Hanna & her team for not only accommodating me today, but also being patient. Hanna is very knowledgeable, explained the process, and answered all my questions. I had no idea what shape, but my brows are PERFECT. The procedure itself is surprisingly quick, and I didn't feel a thing, Hanna made sure to ask several times throughout the process. I highly recommend the Brow Republic if you're in or near Killeen.

April did not judge, but encouraged me to have that evening cocktail I so wanted. She also put on an old school playlist that brought back so many great memories. Her husband even brought us BOTH food later that evening as neither of us had eaten. I mean what stylist does that? Oh! And least I forget. She noticed my nails were um, less than presentable (they were awful), so she invited the nail tech from the next suite over. I was getting tagged teamed in the best possible way!! I will edit this review when I find the nail techs name she was freaking BOMB! Now let me continue! I didnt really know April prior to coming in. Less than an hour into my apt, I'm sipping a coktail, we're singing, and cutting up, like two old freinds. It was the break I needed in that crazy week. Not only did I just have a good freaking time, she did her dang thang on my hair. I don't know the fancy terms for what she did, but it came out beautiful!! She also educated me about the crap I had been putting into my hair. Her process, aided by great products, has kept my hair from feeling or appearing damaged like it normally would after any lightening process I've been through before. Highly, highly recommend y'all!

This was my first time doing BL and I absolutely love the way it came out. I cant wait to go back already. Candice (book her!!) really took her time to help my sad sad eyebrows. There was a mix up and communication was sort of mixed up because I came in with my brows roaring and she cleaned them up but I was not aware that the wax to clean me up was extra. She was so kind enough to refund me for that service and she really didn't have to because the work was done. LET THIS BE A WARNING LOL, clean it up or you'll pay . The studio was so cleanly and cute. Candice was so sweet and her customer service was A+. She was very careful and light handed with everything she did. Even the tough brows she plucked didn't hurt as much as if I were to do it myself lol. I was very relaxed during the process and I left very happy with my results. THANK YOU CANDICE!

Yes, she did arrive 3 minutes late for our 5:30 appointment. Once she got set up and ready for me, I was brought into one of the cutely decorated rooms and reclined on the comfy table to get my lashes started. I can't explain the steps bc I couldn't see but it felt like my bottom lashes were being taped, then maybe taped again? Don't know, but whatever happened it didn't hurt so I was glad about that. My tech, "She" I'll call her since I don't remember her name and the owner didn't use it, was very gentle and for that I was grateful. After about an hour it was done and I have to say I was so happy with the results! I'm a week out and I am still thrilled! I take care of the lashes exactly as I was instructed and I most definitely would recommend D'Gal for great quality lashes done with a gentle hand! The BEST I've had anywhere so far!

I had an incredibly disappointing experience with Gaby during my recent Brazilian sugaring…read moreappointment. From the moment I arrived, the interaction felt rushed and unprofessional. Unlike my previous visits, Gaby did not step out of the room to give me privacy while I undressed -- she simply told me to take off my pants and stayed in the room, which made me very uncomfortable. During the process, I was on FaceTime with my boyfriend (camera facing only my face). Gaby made an inappropriate comment stating that I needed to get off the phone because clients become extra dramatic when they have an "audience." I found that extremely unprofessional and unnecessary. I'm an adult and I know how to conduct myself. When she inspected the area, she questioned how long I had let my hair grow, and even after I clarified that it had been 2.5 weeks, she continued to argue with me. I asked her directly if I should reschedule, and she said it was fine -- but the end result proved otherwise. The waxing session was rushed, lasting barely 10 minutes. After saying "ok," she just walked out without any follow-up or indication the service was complete. I paid $85 plus a $15 tip out of courtesy, but when I got home and checked, I was shocked to find large patches of hair left behind -- the job was incomplete and sloppy. My vagina looked like Cynthia from the Rugrats. I attempted to contact the shop multiple times afterward to discuss the issue, but no one answered the phone. I ended up going to another esthetician and paying again to have the wax corrected. I've been a loyal customer in the past, especially when Norma was there, and always received quality service. Sadly, that level of professionalism and care seems to have disappeared. I do not recommend this place anymore and will not be returning.
