The customer service is always the same--amazing! Greeted at the door, thanked for your time and visit upon exit and treated very well while you're here. When you call or even show up for a walk in, they're always up front about when they can schedule you in. I rarely ever see anyone in their small waiting area because there's no need. You're in and out instead of spending time waiting to be seen, which is great. My nails always come out better than expected. Every. Single. Time. I haven't found another place that's as quick, precise, and customer service oriented. I've also found prices to be more reasonable than at other places. This place will continue to see me often.

Found out at the it was the females husband. Ok I let that go. The lady doing my nails really seemed to not do the powder and asked me to switch. I told her I really need the solar because I am hard on my nails. We had them done Tuesday and my nails are not very good; they chipped, the underside looks horrible and you can feel the rough edges. Willingly paid and tiped but will never return. Mind you these nails we done on Tuesday and it is only Friday morning. P.S. The man who did her nails did an excellent 3D flower.

The salon is clean, welcoming, and I've always been happy with the service. During this visit, since Andy and Taylor weren't available, I was assigned to Kuku. Unfortunately, my experience with him was very different. From the beginning of the appointment, he was extremely rough and aggressive while working on my nails, which made the service uncomfortable. When I politely asked if he could fix one of my nails because it wasn't the shape I wanted, he did make the correction, but afterward he became even more aggressive with my nails and his attitude felt passive-aggressive for the rest of the appointment. I wasn't argumentative or disrespectful--I simply made a reasonable request to have one nail corrected. While I appreciate that he fixed it, I don't think a customer should feel uncomfortable for asking for an adjustment. This experience won't stop me from coming back because I've had many positive visits here, and I still highly recommend the salon overall. However, I do think Kuku could improve his customer service and be gentler when working on clients' nails. A professional attitude and careful service make a big difference in the overall experience.
