When I got there today, I found that they had new machines that cost much more than twice as much as the last time I was there. Since I was here, and had dragged the laundry in, I decided to do it anyway. I tried repeatedly during the process of loading in LOTS of quarters, to open the door. I assumed that it would open after I paid. I should have been more cautious. The machine ended up starting without the door ever opening. I found the attendant, but she did nothing but shake her head and say "sorry, sorry." When I asked what I was supposed to have done, she just kept doing the same. I suppose that since she works there they does know how they work, but I got nothing out of her, so I left more than $20.00 poorer and having accomplished nothing. An expensive lesson, but never again.

I came back to pick it up, and when I paid for it the owner rebuked me and was extremely hostile. He got in my face and said the price was not right and the next time I came in the dress would cost me three times the price I paid this time. I would not have been upset if he had just said there was a mistake in the pricing and been slightly kind, but he was so incredibly rude and made us feel threatened we left in a hurry. If he treats customers like this, can only imagine how he treats his employees The staff members were wonderful and so friendly, but I can not support a business who treats clients so poorly and then tells me, "OH WEll" when confronted later about his abusive behavior.
