We paid a 50% deposit to get on the schedule and I was able to pay that by credit card without an extra fee, which was appreciated since it allowed me to get reward points on the purchase. A crew of three guys came out to the house early in the morning and completed the job just before dark. They did a phenomenal job. Each step was documented with pictures to show where rotten decking needed to be replaced, and an explanation of everything. Despite already being reasonably priced, Thomas gave us a nice discount for the extra decking on the final invoice, which was a happy surprised and very much appreciated.
