If I could give 0 stars. The receptionist has been super rude (the one who sits furthest from the door under the clock) since day 1. Even my first time calling in to schedule an intro appointment, she spoke down to me like I was an idiot and anytime I tried to talk she would talk over me and get mad at me, I didn't address it I just let it go. Even trying to explain to her the reason for the appointment, it was extremely rude. I have been in 2-3 times for my dog and the first time, I got a doctor who told me my dog was under weight but still healthy (preferred for his size). For the follow up I was assigned a different doctor (male) who rudely chastised me for my dog being heavily overweight. I was super confused and asked for clarification and he chastised me further (and rudely), but I let it go since my dog needed care and wasn't in the mood for negative energy. When the appointment was done, they told me to check out at front and when I did I was talked down to by the woman under the clock stating I wasn't supposed to be on the side that I came in on and said she doesn't understand why "you people" don't follow the rules. When I told her it was my first time there and no one told me to checkout on a certain side, she got even ruder and called me a liar. When I explained this was my first time, and there were no signs and no nurse told me otherwise, she did not like that either and at this point I had had enough. I very professionally let her know there are ways to communicate w/customers when they do something you don't want them to do and that her way wasn't it and if she could just check me out so I could leave, that would be great. It went downhill from here. She told me I was being rude and I calmly explained to her I am giving her the same energy she has been giving me and that it was a good opportunity for us to both recalibrate our attitudes and move forward. She rolled her eyes and started mumbling under her breath. Regardless, I called in today to get a prescription written and once she pulled up my account, she was instantly attitude. I let it go. She would ask me a question and instantly talk over me and get mad when I tried to explain anything after she asked. I gave her the common courtesy of waiting til she was finished talking to speak, but she did not reciprocate. Again, I let this go and tried to keep the convo flowing for the sake of my dog. I asked if there was a way to get a reoccuring prescription for my dog and she said they do not do that. I asked what they did for dogs who need reoccuring prescriptions and she said I had to fill out a form at an online pharmacy and that they would receive it. She then said if I wanted to get a prescription I would have to pick it up later that day. When I asked if we could just do what the male doctor said last time about getting him on the aspirin reoccuring for his arthritis she got a major attitude and said I would have to pick up the prescription tomorrow at 9am and said she would talk to the doctor and hung up on me. I then received a call an hour later from the male doctor who said she told him I asked for 6 refills and he started rudely talking down to me like I was his disobedient child and telling me that that is not the way they do refills. When I told him that I never requested 6 he got even ruder and asked why did the receptionist say 6. When I told him to ask her that, and explained that working with her has been somewhat difficult he started talking trash saying she told him that I was rude with her and he said if he's going to believe anyone, it's going to be her. I said that's all nice and fine, but go and listen to the call and then let me know what you think. To this, he became extremely unprofessional and told me if I'm unhappy here to take my business somewhere else and asked if I didn't understand what he was saying. When I told him there is no need for him to be rude, and I was trying to give constructive feedback he again said if he is going to believe anyone it's going to be her, at this point I just said f off. read more
