From start to finish, my experience with this catering company was nothing short of excellent. Firstly, the communication and planning process with Mitchell was seamless. He helped me taper down my breakfast menu items to fit the number of attendees. I tend to order too much (it is better to have too much than not enough and run out), but he assured me the quantities he suggested for my group size were just the right amount of food. On the event day, the catering team arrived well in advance, set up everything beautifully, and was ready for our starting time right on the dot! The presentation of the food was elegant, showcasing their attention to detail. Communication along the way (the many emails I sent to ask questions) was promptly answered. The food was outstanding, and the catering staff were a delight to work with. Enrique was on time and professional and set it up just the way I requested. His attention to detail, from ensuring dietary restrictions were accommodated to the food place cards identifying each item. I highly recommend THE CATERING COMPANY! They are my number one go-to cater when I need a breakfast or a lunch set up. I like the convenience of checking their calendar online to see if the dates I want are available. Ordering was painless - there were a few people in line but it moved consistently. Only took maybe 5 mins total - super fast and friendly. In saw they have a little trompo in the back for the al pastor. So cute! $15 for carne asada burrito. Not bad for Bellevue. They call it a cantina burrito - rice, beans, lettuce, pico. The sour cream makes it creamy, which I didn't hate. Meat was tender and flavorful. The biggest surprise, though, was the four tortilla -- it was perfect! Tender but held it together. Super thin, as it should be. The whole package was tasty and big enough. It came with corn tortilla chips on the side, which I didn't expect -- they were surprisingly good! Seemed freshly fried. Impressive! With the chips, it's a crazy amount of food. You definitely wont be hungry after.

The one star was for the good set up of tables, tablecloths, and bartending service we had on our wedding. Communication with Teanna was prompt. At times she was rude, but I figured it was due to being busy. The taco bar and steak were the only food everyone loved. I shy away from writing bad reviews of businesses but for the very expensive cost of the catering and terrible food I had to write a review. The baked salmon was horrible. It seemed like they used frozen salmon. It wasn't seasoned good either! It was supposed to be with lemon and mayo with some seasonings, but it only had salt and pepper on top of the salmon. The asparagus and other veggies were soggy. It seemed again like it was frozen veggies that were used. The fruits were not fresh. They were prepped more than a day or so old. The presentation of the fruit tower was terrible! My husband and I are big foodies and the food was a total disappointment to us. Really felt like money was wasted. We were also told the staff was rude to our guests. The leftover food was taken by us and some families, but were not eaten 'cause of how badly it tasted. I wish I listened to my husband to search for more catering company before deciding on this one.
