Choosing the woofpack for my energetic rescue pup was the best decision I made in SF. They always go above and beyond to make sure my dog is cared for, and the private park they have is IDEAL and so special for SF. They're also so easy to use for boarding once you're part of the pack, because they'll pick up and drop off! Ash loves them, and I also love nate, Rick and Tara!

Our little angel Maui loves SFWoofPack! She is an extremely energetic 7-month old goldendoodle puppy that loves nothing more but playtime. She goes out everyday with her pack leader Rick and comes back pooped. She is usually still napping when we get back from work and we have to pull her up to go potty. It would literally be impossible to keep Maui (and us) sane without these guys! Maui used to zoomie and try to dig a hole in the couch every moment every night because of her crazy puppy energy, now that she's out of the house from 10:30am to 2:30pm, we can actually have some calm(ish) playtime and training sessions with her in the evening. But most importantly, it makes us so happy to see our little bean enjoying herself and out playing while we are at work!

My relationship with SF Woof Pack started early this year and it's been phenomenal - wish I met them sooner! My DOG-hter loves going on her adventures with them where she gets to run around with her furry packs and smell the ocean while sunbathing on her back. Nate, Rick and Tara are beyond amazing, trustworthy, dependable and just full of love! I recently left my furry baby with them for 3 weeks and thanks to these guys, I didn't worry one bit about my little nugget. They sent me lots of pictures and videos and even had a new bed ready for her stay! They really love my little pup as if she was theirs and I can truly tell that they are in this business because they really love and care for them. If I can add more stars, I will absolutely do so! My DOG-hter deserves the best and therefore she will forever be with SFWOOFPACK!

Loved loved loved SFWOOFPACK! Unfortunately we have moved out of their operation area so we no longer send our pup to them but I just want to emphasise how amazing these folks are! After Gaby left Nate took over as Neala's main walker and as you can see from the picture, she was smitten with him! Highly recommend this gang.

We love SFWoofpack! They message us all the time with photos and updates! Our little Henri loves Tara--his pack leader. He always comes back tired and happy! We're so relieved we don't have to worry about him in their care

Luna always with a smile on her face when she's at daycare!

This is by far the best daycare in the city! Nate, Ricky, and Tara take such good care of our girl Luna! She runs to the door wagging her tail every morning when they come to pick her up! And you get to follow the pups' day on Instagram with lots of cute posts. Luna was super shy when she started going to SFWoofPack and now she is so much more confident and happy. Seriously, you will not find a better group of people to take care of your pup!

Huge thank you to Ricardo and SFWoofPack for taking care of Lego over Memorial Day weekend! For the past two years Ricardo has taken superb care of my dog Lego. Ricardo has gone above and beyond the typical standard of care. For example, he has help Lego with behavioral issues such as shyness around other dogs. Ricardo is easy to contact (e.g. text message), pick-ups and drop-offs are a breeze, he provides awesome photo updates and it's also easy to submit electronic payment. It has definitely been a win-win-win. Thanks again!

Ceslie has been a game changer in my dogs' training journey. I highly recommend her to anyone who…read moreis considering a trainer. I have two high energy pit mixes whose leash reactivity had gotten worse in the past half year, and it had reached a point where it was unmanageable because they would start barking and lunging at other dogs even from a healthy distance. I met with a few trainers to get a sense of their methods and styles, and Ceslie felt like the best match because of how she took the extra time to know my dogs and understand their behavior before recommending a plan, compared to others who jumped into training without asking many questions. There was a noticeable difference in how my dogs responded to Ceslie after their first class. She was thoughtful in customizing a plan that fit their needs, from teaching proper corrections to reinforcing obedience to providing the right equipment. She also taught me how to be a better handler (something often overlooked in training!), and it's truly strengthened my relationship with my pups. We had weekly sessions over the course of a month and there has been significant improvement in my dogs' behavior. Walks are stress-free and enjoyable again because we're able to bypass other dogs without issues, their door etiquette has improved, and we're now slowly working on their separation anxiety (slow and steady process but we're making progress!). Ceslie has been incredibly supportive and responsive through it all and I'm very grateful for her guidance with what I thought was a hopeless situation. I'm now considering sending the pups to her daycare program!

"You don't train the dog; you train the handler."…read more This couldn't be more relevant having worked with Ceslie. To be clear, while I saw training results with my pup by day 2, I didn't realize how imperative it is for YOU to learn patience and consistently implement the training. Point being, you are a student, and Ceslie is an incredible teacher. Her experience and knowledge are obvious, but what's special is how quickly she identifies the issues and gets you on track, like day 1, it was uplifting. Ceslie gets it. She'll adapt to your style and help you get to that obedience baseline you want to see in your dog. She balances compassion with firm direction-- Ceslie's a pro. For context, my guy was 7 months old at the time, rescue, half German shepherd mix w/ HIGH ENERGY... oh, and 75lbs. While he's never shown aggression, he's a liability because he LOVES everyone-- favored meeting strangers over recall, jumps on people, would be a brat, throwing tantrums when given commands. I always wanted a dog, but I was overwhelmed. Within a month (mornings, 4 days a week), I hit baseline with my dog--- he recalls, he doesn't jump, most importantly, taught him to fetch so I could properly get energy out of him... such an immense amount of weight lifted. Proof of progress with pics (she sent me photos of training each day) TLDR; Ceslie rocks. Stop looking.

I'm find myself spending at least an hour in here because the staff love to show off their little critters and it's such a fun environment to be in. I've seen the store progress exponentially in the last 6 months. It's much cleaner and more organized every time I visit. I can tell the staff really cares for its animals and the local pets in the neighborhood.

The moment I walked in, the smell was overwhelmingly bad -- not your typical pet store scent, but something genuinely foul. The shelves were dirty and looked like they hadn't been cleaned or organized in a long time, which didn't inspire any confidence. The selection was really limited, and even basic items were hard to find. The employees also weren't very welcoming or friendly; no greeting, no offer to help, just an overall cold vibe. What bothered me most was how sad the animals looked. A few of them seemed stressed or lethargic, and it was honestly heartbreaking. I love supporting neighborhood businesses, especially ones that care for animals, but this place needs serious attention and improvement before I could ever consider coming back.
