One day, two days, three days went by before I had to call Deco27. In speaking with my rep, he did not even remember me. I requested the quote and was again told it would be sent the following day. The following "week" I finally received the quote. It was not even the products that I requested. Again, more follow up from my part to get the correct quote. Once I received the correct items, the agreed costs were off. When I called again and questioned the rep, he said he would correct. A few days later, the rep sent me an updated quote. This time...greatly increased costs, even moreso than previous. This is not the way you do business. After wasting countless hours, time and effort trying to purchase products, I had to walk away. If you are a savvy shopper, I highly recommend visiting their store to get design ideas and obtain the brand names of the products you are interested in. Then do the actually shopping elsewhere.
