I called Brian and with a quick response, he came over to my house to see what I needed. I was looking to bring my Cablevision to an detached garage, along with wifi and to also bring my cable out to the back of my home for a TV, along with the installation of the wall brackets and TV's as well. This required outside trenching a conduit for the cable from the house to the garage and going under a cement and paver walkway. Brian came, checked it out, had me rest at ease knowing that it can be done no problem. His crew of 2 hard workers, Chris and his Ryan showed up and started the job with diligence. They started by surveying the site for the best route of running the wires, and got to work. These guys worked all day running cables (cat5 wire) and installing all that was needed. They needed to come back a second day to finish up. Chris and Ryan were amazing working really hard as a team and not stopping. My end product...I have my 2 TV'S installed and my wifi repeater in the garage as well. These guys are amazing!! I already discussed with Ryan now a security system and well be getting that done in the future. He gave me a great price on that too. He is coming this Friday to install an electric box on the roof of my garage room to hang a chandeli over a board table. These guys rock. They are professionals and get the job done!

I was at Red White and Blue in Flamingo plaza where one of the company's guards works. As a 115 lbs non-threatening what-so-ever female, I was baffled why this man decided to loudly harass and follow me around and physically blocked me from making a purchase. I was chased out of the store without being able to buy the things I was ready to pay for by this unstable man. (No manager on premises, cashiers did not speak much English so I did not involve them.) Plenty of people were still in the store, both still shopping and waiting in line. I was not holding anyone up. After the whole strange and scary episode, a witness later told me that this man very likely had bias against persons of Asian descent. He was seen loudly airing his grievances and asserting his political views about COVID-19 earlier in the day to another person who was obviously trying be left alone and shop. I was following protocols, so he had no reason to single me out other than the obvious. Considering the alarming rise of hate crime against Asians due to COVID and the unprovoked harassment I received, while he was at work, with plenty of witnesses around, I felt I needed to alert the company with the details of what happened, including the person's name, for fear of escalation if left unchecked. A week went by, they never wrote back. I wrote again asking for acknowledgement, and once again, silence. It has been a month since I contacted them via email from their website, and no acknowledgement has come forward whatsoever. Let it be known that when this man starts committing violence against Asians, I have alerted the company of warning signs, and nothing was done.
