No appointment was needed. I brought in my daughters iPad, showed them the damage, gave them my personal information and left. The timeline on the website said it would be a few days but they did the repair in a few hours! When I picked up my daughters iPad they went over everything. They showed me it was charging, the speakers worked, microphone worked, the screen brightness worked, Touch ID worked and more. Literally they went over every feature to show me it was operational. They are extremely thorough. It was a very pleasant experience. Everyone was helpful, upbeat and informative. I highly recommend them for your repairs.

Last week i went in, years later, and by golly, they did indeed replace the screen FOR FREE. Today I returned and got a new screen protector on my tablet (I'd put the last screen on myself). Their prices are more than fair, and ESPECIALLY more than fair when you figure you'll never have to buy a screen protector again. A special shout-out to my tech at Woodbury, Owen, who was fast, efficient and best of all... laughed at my lame jokes! These folks are what support is supposed to be, and rarely is. Well done!

Both look at me, but don't smile or say Hi. I'm directed over to the far end of the counter and abruptly asked if this is all of my stuff. I said no and the response was "well, go get it". I provide my drivers license and then am told that they will text me when my items have been reviewed. I decide to wander around the store for a few minutes, I'm the ONLY one in the store, so I assume it wouldn't take long look at 6 items. I see 3 of the 4 workers moving furniture around, restocking, etc. so I ask the same lady I was working with how long it will be. Her response (as she turns her back and walks away from me) was "I don't know, 30 minutes maybe, we're really backed up right now." Seriously? So I decide leave and check back in 2 hours. My items had been reviewed, even though I didn't receive the text message. They tell me my crock pot was broke. (Which is definitely is not) and they had hid one of my items under the counter and when I asked where it was, they reluctantly dug it out from behind some pictures. The workers had no response to my complaints about rude service and the younger woman continued to look at the floor and ignore me. Don't waste your time!

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS GROUP!! I have been learning…read morethe rc world recently because of my grandsons interests. I found an entry level rc car online for a decent price. (Real hobby rc can get into thousands of dollars) because I wasn't going to spend a lot of money on his first car. So I ordered and paid for the car. It ships in a reasonable time frame. And even though it's mostly toy grade, it's a very good, fun entry level car. The problem is, they sent me a returned car. All the package zip ties were cut and the car just bounced around in the open box. It also had one bent and one broken wheel. As if they opened it to swap parts for someone else and just put it back on the shelf. Even that wasn't that big of a deal. The big problem, I had emailed them several times to give them a chance to make it right and there was NO response. I was willing to just get two wheels and maybe a discount on another car. Yes, I was going to buy another one. But nope, nothing at all! Even after I threatened to reverse the charge. Crickets.. So all in all, if your buying cheap rc, they got nothing for you. Lesson learned. The money I spent fixing the toy rc, could have paid retail locally for a better car.

I have been going here for years as I bought into their lifetime car key fob battery replacement program. Would highly recommend the lifetime key fob battery replacement to everyone! The customer service is almost always pleasant and I am always in/out within minutes. Just a heads-up/tip, if you are wanting your car battery replaced, call ahead as there are certain make and models that they do not change the batteries of, they might sell them but not replace them as I found that out the hard way.
