Alex in the PC zone treated my kiddo as an adult customer and talked through considerations and tradeoffs he should consider in building a PC; Noah in the scheeduling center walked him through the process and explained what he should expect and what he needs to consider as a responsible PC owner; Connor in the service department was clear with him on his responsibilities and what he may need to troubleshoot or watch out for as a PC owner. The lovely sales associate did escalate this problem to their manager and their online inventory was fixed. I very thankful for her help but it would have been nice if it was actually there. 2. There is no cart return outside. It's a pain to bring the cart all the way back in store with a child after loading the car, especially in the winter. 3. Many of the customers need to shower more than once a week, and should consider putting on deodorant. Many of them physically STANK. Basic hygiene is lacking for a handful of their customers. Maybe buy PC and get a free degree? Maybe a reward system would be nice to encourage healthy habits.

I've been trying to install a ducted exhaust fan in the kitchen under the counter for a month. GE's products are increasingly poorly made. Best Buy hires installers who have no idea what they're doing and don't care if they do it right. I asked BB not to send those people again, and they keep sending them. I finally decided to have them come and remove and disconnect the exhaust fan and credit me. That requires a technician to remove it from the wall and counter. To top it all off, they only send a truck driver to pick it up, and the poor guy obviously couldn't do it. I called BB for another unisntall and piock up and the employee did not do it. On the contrary, he was making fun of me or pulling my leg. He did not do anything as he said he was going to do.Totally disrespectful. Completely unprofessional. The guy that came said that he could not unisntall. I put two and two together and realized THEY SET ME UP WITH THE STORY THAT THEY COULDN'T DO IT AND THAT THEY WERE GOING TO TALK TO BB SO BB WAS GOING TO CALL ME. Ni one call. It was a scam. I went through five people and still waiting to salve the case. A total disgrace; they're wasting my time. Disrespectful to the customer. Anyway, it's cheaper here and so many options are available. Avoid this store unless you enjoy being misled and disrespected…read more I stopped in to ask if the items I had were something they'd be interested in buying. I had pictures, detailed information, and a solid conversation with an associate who confirmed, "Sure, we would buy those!" They even looked up the value while I was there. Two days later, after loading everything onto a trailer and driving 30 minutes in traffic, I returned to the store--spoke to the exact same associate, with the exact same items, and the story completely changed. They waited until everything was unloaded before pulling the switch. No explanation, no courtesy, just a waste of time, gas, and effort. And then it went from frustrating to flat-out absurd: I was accused of vandalism and the police were called. For what? Expressing my frustration? Loading my items back onto the trailer? No returning their cart to the entryway from the parking lot. It was humiliating and unnecessary. The Anoka Police viewed the security footage and was like..."What a waste of my time." I could not agree more. This wasn't a miscommunication--it was a lack of integrity and professionalism from the HEAD - down. If you value your time, energy, and basic human decency, consider going anywhere else. The "Head Roach" clearly is better suited for sewers than customer service and sales.
