Boo,Hiss, Terrible service. All I needed was a simple table cloth which being December 23, I only have expected to find. Then a manager of some sorts asked if she could help. I said yes and she led me halfway around the store and then asked me to wait at Customer service while she checked in back. After waiting for 15 minutes I became disillusioned and gave up. I walk up front by the cash registers and she was standing there talking to three other employees about the weather. SHE GHOSTED ME. I would have been okay with an I'm sorry we are out but instead she just bailed on me. Terrible service and a waste of a half hour. Thanks Target employee.

Moldy Bread

Bought a loaf of garlic bread, three days ago from this Target. Underneath the crust of the bread was mold. Gross! This isn't the only piece with mold. Our son ate the other half before our daughter pointed it out!

I really want to like this Target. They put a lot of work into it to make it look high scale with the flooring and such but they recently made a change that I'm so deeply disappointed about that I am giving them a 3 star. Up until recently, I could walk in the front doors and right there on my right was the quick grab and go lunch options. They had amazing salads and sandwiches from D'Amico for great prices ($4.99 for a large tasty salad and mix and match sandwiches and small side salads for $2.50). They decided one day that they could make more money trying to sell these other inferior salads and sandwiches, oh, and jack up the price by a $1 too. FAIL. The salads look like crap. I don't even want to try them they are so crappy (wilty lettuce, barely any protein or toppings). I am SOOOO Disappointed. I used to stop and get 2 or 3 salads at once and have one for lunch and dinner. They lost $10 a day from me. Now I look elsewhere for a good salad. Target, why?

This was Saturday morning. No excuse for this kind of under stocking. No fresh fish really.  Same thing in powdered drink mixes

When it's stocked. Excellent. Too often big gaps in what you want especially cartwheel sale items often empty.

Mark(store mgr) went in the back inventory to get the sweater that my girlfriend had her heart set on for our dog. Thanks Mark!

Terrible wait times for pick ups. I could have done it all myself much faster then their pathetic staff.

Not a bad place. I have never had to wait in line too long and the people are always nice. Prices are always the Target norm.

Second rate, low quality produce. There are seven (7) grocery stores in Woodbury, don't waste your time buying groceries here.

First, the couch had a stain that resembled a blood stain underneath the back cushion. Next, the dining table is an extension table. One end of the table makes a squeaking noise when leaning on it. When looking underneath the table, the rails underneath are not the same size as the other end of the table. Which is why it is squeaking/knocking. I contacted our salesperson who then told me the process of submitting a ticket for someone to come out and look at the pieces. A few weeks later, someone came out to remove the stain and then tried to fix the table with no such luck. He did try to put some sticky felt on the railings - which is not fixing the problem, just patching it for a little bit. Needless to say, the felt did not stay in place. We were told we can replace the table or receive our money back. We opted for replacing the table (supposed to be delivered this week). Now, last night I was sitting on the dining chair (which I haven't really sat on) I heard something drop on the floor. Here a screw came off of the bottom of the chair. How I know this? I had to turn over the chair and noticed where it came out of. I tried to replace and it was stripped. I then looked over the rest of the dining chairs and the majority of the screws were very loose or missing. The loose screws were stripped from whomever put the chairs together. Long story - I know. I had to put another ticket it for the chairs now. I love the sofa, chair and the dining table. However, paying a large amount of money (at least for our budget) it extremely disappointing and knowing I will not be buying anything from this facility again. I will write a follow up on the table and chairs.

I got a reply to my complaint that I left at this store after purchasing a mattress. I was offered…read morean inspection, but the inspection I received was a man showing up with a long stick who measured my mattress and left after five minutes. He told me customer service would call me. I waited at least a week for customer service to get back to me and they gave me a message that said my mattress was considered not defective. What a long painful, dumb process. All because I have a mattress that I want to return? To get a better mattress? I knew the place was fishy when I got it so this just confirms my suspicions. I know it's the mattress because I travel for work and every single bed has been more comfortable than this thing! With this I get shoulder pain, back pain, leg pain. Lovely! I've seen the other bad reviews from other people and their experiences here and it makes me feel like this company will be completely gone in a year or so. Just listen to everyone else and go anywhere else for your mattresses.

It took two weeks to get a tech to house to look at it for warranty purposes. Tech was only in house for 5 minutes. Tech did not turn in paperwork and we received a call 3 weeks after tech visit. Customer service told us it could be 2 - 6 weeks to get the part and that it would be shipped to our house. 2 weeks after this call, we called Customer service, only to find out the part is backordered and that they don't have an ETA much less ability to at least get tech scheduled if the part were to come in. Here we are almost three months after the loveseat broke and no closer to a resolution. NEVER buying from Ashley again.

We spend over 100 there that day and I was attempting to purchase an item from the display that was under 10.00 and the checkout gal argued with me about it not being part of the sale. This pissed me off---it seriously was on the display and by the sign..It would have made a bigger impression on me to just shave off the 1.50 discount but she decided to be a bitch so I let them keep that item and will wait till it is on the 50 or 70 % off but get it from another location. I have been to other locations where they bend over backwards with friendliness this one is not one of them.
