This is probably one of my favorite Targets to go to on this side of town. It's one of the bigger stores, so they carry a lot of products that you might not find in other stores. However, one of the downsides is this place is almost always BUSY. with the addition of drive-up, the parking lot is a nut house, unless you go very early or very late in the day. There are always a ton of staff too, so that is a big plus if you need any assistance. read more

Boo,Hiss, Terrible service. All I needed was a simple table cloth which being December 23, I only have expected to find. Then a manager of some sorts asked if she could help. I said yes and she led me halfway around the store and then asked me to wait at Customer service while she checked in back. After waiting for 15 minutes I became disillusioned and gave up. I walk up front by the cash registers and she was standing there talking to three other employees about the weather. SHE GHOSTED ME. I have been going to this Target for over ten years since I moved to Woodbury. It has been convenient. However this store has just instituted as of Oct1 2023 a ten item or less rule for their self checkout line as pointed out to me by the too young to be that condescending checkout line snoop pointing to the new signs. I had 14 items. Instead of checking out in five minutes I had to wait over 25 minutes because the store does not have enough cashier lines open. They never have any lines open. This is why everyone uses the self checkout lines. I am not going back until this store management fixes this situation. read more

The is the eastern most part of Woodbury. I was very surprised when I walked in. The produce isn't far from the entrance. An employee asked me if I found what I was looking for. There are employees all over to help out. This is one of the few places that carries flushable baby wipes. I love the prices of their name brand dairy products. The cleanliness and layout is very impressive. You don't have to go far to get to the bathrooms, either. I bought one bag of suckers for Halloween. I could get a second at half price, but I didn't need 700. The nice weather may bring out trick or treaters after all so I wanted to have something. read more

I really want to like this Target. They put a lot of work into it to make it look high scale with the flooring and such but they recently made a change that I'm so deeply disappointed about that I am giving them a 3 star. Up until recently, I could walk in the front doors and right there on my right was the quick grab and go lunch options. They had amazing salads and sandwiches from D'Amico for great prices ($4.99 for a large tasty salad and mix and match sandwiches and small side salads for $2.50). They decided one day that they could make more money trying to sell these other inferior salads and sandwiches, oh, and jack up the price by a $1 too. FAIL. The salads look like crap. I don't even want to try them they are so crappy (wilty lettuce, barely any protein or toppings). I am SOOOO Disappointed. I used to stop and get 2 or 3 salads at once and have one for lunch and dinner. They lost $10 a day from me. Now I look elsewhere for a good salad. Target, why? read more

Huh? At Target this morning there were signs up all over that self checkout was 10 items or less (I probably had closer to 20) however their were only 2 registers open with lines in each and out of the 12 or so self checkouts open only 1 was in use. I chose to proceed with self checkout and was talked to by attendant that going forward i had too many items for self checkout. Stores have been remodeledto facilitate self checkouts leaving almost no register lanes open. I dont get it - seems awful and will no longer be going to target during busy times read more

Today I did some last minute shopping in both the store and Liquor store. In both stores Customer Service beyond Reproach!!! The Women in the linen department Fantastic an older women in her 60's retired working part time, the young women in the seasonal department, the woman in grocery helping me pick out cheese a gift and last but not least the sales associate in self check out who went over and above assisting me. The time on my receipt is 1:01 pm. today 12/23/19. Thank you for your well trained wonderful employees. I also went to your Liquor Store right after my experience in store and Once again they hit the mark! Employee device was terrible we were seeing how a shirt should look so we placed it in front of our selves and we were taking pictures. Rude old lady with glasses literally yelled at us because of this and because of this i give this place a 1 star review and i wish i could give it 0. employee was harsh and it was totally uncalled for what she did and i was disgusted. i wouldn't have been mad if she had hat a little bit of decency and i get that filming is not permitted here but if i don't deserve to be ridiculed with such cold words. do better, target. read more

Used to be less crowded.... I admit it - I shop in the land of suburbia and soccer moms. I'm not sure how long this place has been open, but I've been shopping here on consistent basis since last spring/early summer. I was getting fed up with the higher than normal prices at my pFreshTarget (stupid name if you ask me), Cub and Rainbow. This is one of the 2 Super Targets not far from me. When I started shopping here, it was much less crowded. This place has really caught on. I know why - decent prices, wide and clean aisles, a great cheese and deli selection and friendly, mostly quick working cashiers. There is something about this store where they have kicked it up a notch. Unless something changes, I will continue to shop here for most of my grocery needs. read more

I was asking one of the tech people a question about a switch controller and the lady asked me "what if they lied to you?" with an attitude. I was so shocked at what happened that i was speechless. Then another employee stepped in and said he thinks he saw some and proceeded to show me where they were. The lady then decided to say good luck with some emphasis and just stood there. Unfortunately they didn't have the controller i was looking for and he apologized, and I left to a different target. I haven't experienced something this bad at the target till now. read more

I usually like their store but I don't appreciate being profiled. Older blonde lady with dark frame glasses has puma shoes was working at the self-checkout area and I had a cart full of items. No one else was in the area and she hovered over my shoulder as I checked things out then she started checking the plastic drawers and bins and was over examining things. After I gave her a straight face she started to act like she was helping me by putting my things into different bags and just did too much. This is the best Target I have been in so far. Everyone here is so friendly and helpful. The new remodels are great for the produce and makeup, but the rest of the store can be complicated to navigate through. The Starbucks is amazing and has drinks for everyone- and the workers are so friendly. This Target is by far cheaper than other stores and always has great deals. read more

One star is being too generous. I gave Target a try again. I had trouble finding yeast in the baking isle. I finally found someone to help me. That person did not want to help me. I told her it was fine I go to Kolwaskis to get the yeast instead. She clearly didn't want to help. I went to the grocery store they helped me right away. I will not be back at Target. It has disappointed me more than once. Even Hyvee you can find someone to ask for help or they ask if you need help finding something. It is hard to find someone at Target. read more

This target is pretty new and clean. It has more food selection as it is a Super Target. As for customer experience? I would have to say we had a very pleasant experience tonight with shopping at Target. I had a unique and difficult issue relating with warranty to a gaming product and Gary, LOD and his team did an efficient job at solving this particular issue. I felt no prejudice or hassle from the team. I felt like they enjoy what they do there and their roles. And, I felt they were very knowledgeable in their services and products. Store is fine. Typical Target. However I was there at 4pm on a Saturday, specifically to pick up the 4 for $10 soda special. ALL the sale stickers in the store had already been removed even though they were good through the end of the day. A little annoying. I picked up a few things that I had seen in that current weeks ad, assuming that I would still get the sale price. Nope. They charged me $5.30 per 12 pack of soda, regular price. Also charged me full price on other items that were supposed to be on sale. I had to stand in line at the service desk to get $25 adjustment. Store was packed. I feel bad for all the people that assumed they got the current sale prices. read more

Really, REALLY do NOT like this new store layout. It took me 2 HOURS to get through shopping, when in the past it would have been an hour, tops. I have 3 kids and shop Target very regularly. VERY. Like, I can walk my way through the store with my eyes closed. Super Target works best for my family due to selection, but we have to drive to Woodbury to get to the closest one. The new store is like some strange corn maze. I get why people would like kid shoes in the kids section, but when I shop I get ALL THE SHOES. This means canvassing the store multiple times, in multiple departments with NO idea what department I am in because they are not well marked, nor does the layout make a BIT of sense. 2 hours and MULTIPLE attempts to ask for help (that's a whole other paragraph) and I bought a fraction of what I needed. From now on, I will stick with my local Wal-Mart Super Center. It's not Target, but at least I can find what I need. read more

I stopped here early this week to get a few things and after checking out, I dropped my wallet without realizing it. I drove home before I missed it and didn't return to Target until at least 30 minutes later. My wallet was at the service desk as it had been found by an employee and brought there.
