This is the best cleaners I have ever been to. There are several reasons why this cleaners satisfies my clothes cleaning needs. 1. The Convenience - SF Green Clean is only a 5-10 minute walk from my house. So I can literally walk here and bring my items. 2. The Customer Service - The people who work here are nice and professional. Those are the two things I look for in a business. 3. The quality of the work - I took my Levi's Jacket here and it had some really bad stains on the inside and outside. They were able to get those stains off without messing up my jacket. To me that's A+ work! Great job ladies and gentleman. I recommend if you live in San Francisco, especially the Richmond and Sunset districts and you need a cleaners, go to SF Green clean! You'll not be disappointed. read more

Excellent service, and my tux and shirt came back clean. Love the app for tracking progress, making payment, and scheduling pickup/delivery. Really appreciate the 20% discount for new customers, and reusable garment bag instead of single use clear plastic bags. read more

Never again!! I left a 2 piece Oscar de la Renta suit )that I bought off the rack at Macy's some 25 years ago) in for dry cleaning. When I retrieved it, the bill was $61.00! It was explained to me that they charge different prices for different brands. When I asked, for example, if they charged more for Eve Saint Laurent, then they did a Macy's suit, they said yes. Never again. That's a ridiculous amount to charge for a simple dry cleaning. While don't expect to pay less than $25, I'd rather throw the suit away than spend $60 every time I want a simple dry cleaning. That's just a rip off! Anyone know of a decent priced dry cleaner in San Francisco? read more

Our family has been a client of SF Green Clean since their inception. Our overall experience consistently exceeds expectations. For example, my husband likes a very light starch on his shirts and likes them meticulously folded. SFGC always does a masterful job, including with his fine cotton and linen tuxedo shirts. And, I always have complete trust in SFGC's custom treatment of my fine evening clothes. We award SFGC 5-stars enthusiastically. read more

My family has only used SF Green Clean for dry-cleaning services since moving here in 2019. We really appreciate how quick and efficient they are, from scheduling pick-ups and deliveries, to tracking our clothes to making payments. Really decent prices for an environmentally-friendly dry-cleaning service. Mauro is delightful and provides excellent customer service. We have had no problems with SF Green Clean laundering our clothes regardless of material or brand. read more

This place is amazing! I had been putting off dry cleaning a Reformation dress because the material is delicate. They were able to remove a big stain off the front and the dress looks pristine! Would definitely recommend if you're apprehensive about dry cleaning your reformation clothes! read more

I sent in my Canada Goose jacket for dry clean after my Iceland trip with caution since I was worried that my expensive jacket would be ruined. However, my worry was definitely unnecessary. The stains on the jacket got removed perfectly and it looked like a new one when I picked it up. I inspected the jacket for about ten minutes and got nothing that I could complain about. And I also got 10% off since I pre-registered online. Love this place! read more

Truly well run business that does a fantastic job. I took in an old vintage wool blanket and a vintage lined coat (cotton with velvet collar) for dry cleaning. They look like new now. No chemical smells in the items or in their large store front where they do laundry service. Prices are very reasonable. Items were ready when stated on the receipt. It's worth the drive there if you don't live near and have the time. Easy parking. Thank you to SF Clean and Green. read more

I am so happy to have found a place that can clean my dry-clean-only clothes without them coming back reeking of chemicals! On top of that, they do pick up and drop off and use reusable covers and hangers. I'm so pleased this place exists and wish more dry cleaners in SF would follow their example! read more

I faithfully use this service multiple times per week. SF Green Clean has literally taken a load off of my shoulders and I feel relieved. Everything comes back to me perfectly folded and ready to go. All I have to do is put it away. Life saver and game changer. Highly recommend! read more

We've been using this place for months now for our medical office laundry. Their app makes it SO easy to schedule pick ups and drop offs. They are always so helpful and friendly when we call. Everything comes back very clean, much better than other services we'd tried in the past. read more

Update: They've found my clothes, and have done a great job following up. They brought them all the way to Oakland, waived the cleaning fee and provided me with a credit. On top of that, the clothes look fantastic, and were cleaned exactly as I instructed. They lost my clothes. There isn't much more to say. Allegedly, they don't know if they gave them to the wrong customer or what, but theyre read more

Was recommended to me by a family friend. Glad I went with their recommendation. Did a wonderful job with my white coat and dress shirt, almost didn't recognize it as mine after their amazing work. Will definitely use their services in the future. Especially with their easy to use web app. read more

Awesome customer service at the business and in their pickups and drop offs, great cleaning work on garments. A bit expensive but definitely worth it. read more

This company replaced the venerable Zephyr cleaners in the same location. Zephyr was amazing; plant on premises, low prices and great service. New place has friendly service and plant on premises as well as "green" cleaning, but who cares, their pricing is insane. My mouth literally fell open at their prices. The cost of cleaning would soon surpass the value of the items being cleaned. God I miss Zephyr. read more

I did all the research & this is the one truly "green" and safe cleaner in SF. They use water & don't use the harsh dry cleaning chemicals. They are expensive, but for that they also treat you really well. Pick up, drop off (5 item minimum, I think?), tracked by computers with pics of your clothing, great customer service. If you're worried about the impact of drycleaning chemicals on your kids, our city or on the workers who clean the clothes, this is your solution. Because it is a water based process, you do have to find a different cleaner for things like suede. read more

Excellent quality. Hours of operation could be longer, but overall they are efficient, friendly, and organized. Love that there is reusable hangers and garment covers read more

Local dry cleaner in Outer Richmond is a wonderful addition. Quick and easy to drop off, pick up, or even get free delivery (not sure on distance). Clothes smelled fresh, were clean and well taken care. Nice wooden hangers and linen bags to transport home and then return on your next visit. Pricing was affordable for my 10 shirts. They offer services on many items for cleaning. read more

SF Green Clean - Laundry Services Near Me - San Francisco, California

They are always completing before their promise date- they offer deliver and pick up services! Overall consistent and friendly!

The best quality ever but INCREDIBLY pricey. They've done great job with my shirts: clean, folded nicely, and none of the damage that I get from other places, like fading of the colors. They are also reasonably good about picking up and delivering the clothes. Much friendlier than the snooty place up off of Union street (I won't name so you don't think of going there). read more

Great cleaner! They do a really nice job especially on men's shirts, no frying!! Free pickup and delivery and enviro-friendly to boot.

I am so glad that SF Green Clean found a new location! I had some wool coats cleaned and was very happy with the results and will return. I hope that your business succeeds in the new location, because we certainly need more "green" laundry cleaning options. Please try to advertise, get the word out, about your new location--just a tip :) read more

8:51 am on a Wednesday morning and the door is locked with no one in sight. Another patron was waiting outside, telling me he had been there for a half hour to pick up his items. This is the third time this has happened to me with this business. When it was formerly Zephyr, the previous owners opened at 7 am and were never this negligent. Now the hours are shorter, the prices are higher, and this behavior seems indicative of a pattern. FIX IT. Most of us aren't looking for fancy delivery services or online tracking - we just want quality, reliable service. I'd hate to go back to Jack's. read more

Great service, very fast, all done through text and app. I'm super pleased with their work.

You REALLY do not get what you pay for at SF Green Clean. They charge an arm and a leg for everything. over the last several months several shirts have come back with broken buttons. the last last straw happened after I took a $1500 made to measure tuxedo and a tuxedo shirt in for cleaning. You guessed it, not only was the bottom button torn off the shirt but it hardly looked like it was pressed at all. The tux was even worse: there were several indentations in the fabric, and the grosgrain peak lapels a total mess--wrinkled and flipped up from the base of the jacket. I had to take it back twice before they fixed some of the pressing mistakes--the lapels are still a mess. I will never ever ever go back to this place. They totally ruined a custom fitted tuxedo, tried to blame it on the grosgrain lapels. Use this place if you like to throw money away. I will add photos at a later date. read more

This place is the best in SF. It took me forever to find a cleaner that I could actually trust, especially having a few silk shirts ruined by other cleaners in the city. And they pick-up and deliver anywhere in San Francisco, which is great, since I live in Nob Hill. read more
