The problem is , people only leave feedback for a company if it's bad . There isn't much time for something good in today's world . SF Express does a good job , it's cheap , I save a lot and my packages get to me within a week . IF I have to call the customer service number , I ALWAYS talk to a real person . Packages get lost at times , even if you pay 50% more that's a fact ! read more

Horrible delivery service, constantly getting your package is delayed. Ordered beginning of August and still no package. They need to get their shipping business in order and do better for customers.. read more

They delay my package for so long it's been a month of asking for update because their shipping is way to delay up till now my package is still on hold somewhere. Biggest scammer don't trust this shipping company can't deliver on time. Some on should sue this shipping company. read more

I still haven't received my package! I ordered them 3 weeks ago and don't know how to get them! Oh well I guess I got scammed!

I think their tracking lies, too. Supposedly, my package has been sitting in Austin, 90 miles away, for 5 days now. It went from China to the US in four days, yet somehow can't make it from Austin to here. It simply says "delayed." The item was originally ordered from Walmart and the item page stated unmistakably that it was made in the U.S.A. Well, that was a lie, too, although not actually the fault of the shipping company. If I had known that it was coming from over there, I would not have ordered it. I never, ever, buy anything shipping from overseas unless I know it beforehand. Judging by all the bad reviews here, it's looking like I may never get it. Since Walmart is hawking their goods, I'm going to have to file a complained with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC). read more

SF Express - Redacted Shipment Tracking Page - Couriers & Delivery Services Near Me - South San Francisco, California

Legitimately the worst shipping company on planet earth. Got 3 different tracking numbers, none of them updated, called the company - after 1h of wait time I got connected to a person who said "how would we know where it is, it doesn't update in the system". I ship and receive things all the time, but this is the worst company in the world. I dare you to challenge that. read more

I purchased something from eBay where my package was stuck in customs for over a month and a half. I called the shipping company multiple times to resolve the issue and get my package. the company requested proof of purchase and said that was the issue. I provided the information and continued following up. I spent hours trying to get my package and this company told me to just cancel my order. my package ended up being sent back to the seller. they did not try to help or rectify the problem and told me to cancel. I needed this package. horrible customer service I wish I could give 0 stars read more

Slow and kept exchanging my package from Centre A to Centre B then B to A for 4 days; then the delivery person threw my package. I'm normally a kind reviewer, but a mess up like this is unacceptable read more

I would not trust SF Express to ship anything. They completely lost two important packages with no recourse. I do not recommend this company

The chances of you receiving a package from SF Express is slim to none. I ordered something from China via Dhgate and unfortunately this is the shipper they used. After the package arrived at LAX and cleared customs, not 10 minutes later the status was listed as "Delivered." That would be impossible considering the fact that I live in San Diego. After contacting the Seller and explaining the details to him, he reshipped the item and sent me a new tracking number. This shipment unfortunately never made it either. The tracking stated after departing LAX it was transferred to sub contractor "piggy" for delivery. Again 10 minutes later SF Express tracking updated as "delivered." The seller ultimately fully refunded me. After lots of research and enquiries, I would say 80% of all SF Express packages are stolen by their employees. They update tracking as "delivered " hoping you think someone else stole it. read more

I fell for an Instagram ad and bought from a clothing brand that seemed legitimate (like a USA brand). They claimed to have logistics and a warehouse in Atlanta, Georgia so I said "ok cool!" I bought the item (which was a $120 jacket) and it's been 3 weeks since SF Express has ANY sort of detail on where my package is. It has been "forwarded" and for some reason, I doubt my package actually exists. The merchant I bought from refuses to respond and their FAQs say they're not responsible for delivery delays. I agree, the merchant is never responsible for deliveries (it's not their fault) but this merchant also lied and never said their items are coming from China. Had I known that, I would've never bought from them. STAY AWAY! I believe SF Express is just a networked Asian carrier where scammer Chinese merchants send items out and the SF Express scammers claim that the items are delivered when it's never the case. I'm through waiting for this jacket and I'm filing a dispute with PayPal. Also, if you buy off Amazon, be careful of Chinese merchants and third-party sellers. 90% of sellers on Amazon are Chinese and will send you crap products. If you're unlike to have a third-party Chinese seller who delivers from China, they will scam you trying to use this shipping service! Not only this, but because I was misled, now the merchant and SF Express has my name and personal address, likely adding me to the data they mined and scammed from all buyers. TO AVOID SF EXPRESS, DO NOT ORDER OVERSEAS! read more

SCAM This is the "deliver and tracking" services used by scammers. I fell victim. These vile people use the site to ship packages from overseas. I ordered something that was supposedly in Texas. Then I get shipping info from this crazy place. The scammers are getting really good about stealing our money. They even have a way to stay out of trouble with PayPal. They use the shipping and delivery info and PayPal won't dispute it because the package was sent/delivered. PayPal did nothing to help. Beware using PayPals services. read more

The worst of the worst. 80% delivery failure including missing package and returned to sender without a good reason such as incorrect address which all other international carriers can deliver to. Do not waste your money even if it's cheaper. read more

DON'T USE THEIR SERVICE. THEY LOSE YOUR PACKAGE AND SIMPLY IGNORE YOU AFTER YOU CALLED THEM. I sent a package to their office in San Francisco via UPS. SF-express gave the UPS label. After two weeks, I tracked my package on their website, it shows that there is no such bill way number. But I tracked with UPS saying that this package was delivered 12 days ago. I called the customer service, and they said they are going to investigate and will let me know via phone/email. Up to now(A week later), I still have not receive any response, and what is even more worse, their phone number(855-901-1133) did not work since 03/09/2020. When I called this number, it simply hung up automatically. WHAT SHOULD I DO? read more

The wooooorst. No seriously. Dont walk. Run from this company. I had something shipped from them, they marked it received by carrier (you know, so they could get paid) then days later the item showed "image not available ". No surprise, the item was "delayed" and then "running late" and then....nothing for 1 month! Customer service gets you nowhere. Just dont! read more

I used this shipper because one of my friend give me their website. I thought they are cheaper... I'm a fool. Went to their website on Jan 12th 2021, fill out the shipping info and custom form, uploaded the ID picture of the consignee, paid the $56 dollars for a very small package to Beijing China. First leg UPS to Chicago and second leg to China. Received an email on 14th and they asked for $29 more fee. The package was in their hands, I was forced to pay this additional money. My friend received the package on 28th. Two weeks, I think I'm better off using FedEx. I will never use this shipper again. read more

I ordered a.m item from third party on Amazon not aware it was China/ Hong Kong some where. I received tracking info that was generic at best. The tracking info says package delivered on July 3rd. No picture, no proof of delivery. Tried contacting seller was connected with a virtual assistant! Contacted Amazon they tell me wait 3 more days to hear back from seller. You have got to be kidding me!!! Here's the kicker the seller has changed its name on the same item I bought. Anana-Store now Antaking smh... all for a $26 item .unbelievable! read more

I had the same thing happen as another review. I ordered a product from supposidly Atlanta Georgia (USA brand) and realized later they mislead the purchaser. It comes from China and I still do not have it 6 weeks after I ordered it. Customer service is like shit. Worst shipping experience I have ever had. I went to their SSF location to ship a package. They person never measure my package and just estimate it. They sent me an email to tell me my package is hold few hours later because of the excessive weight. I want to cancel my order because those are very important documents. I tried to contact their customer service for 3 times. Each person said different things. One said i cannot cancel it because he already got responded by the warehouse person saying that the package is prepared to shipped out. One told me their warehouse open at 1030 so I need to wait for their respond until they open. Man..I do not know which person I should trust in. I regret to come here to ship my package. Now it's too late to cancel my order. They charged me twice for the twice. I will need to contact them again. Too much work for shipping a package. I will tell all of my friends not buying their service. It doesn't even worth a penny for their service. Have learnt a lesson this time. Don't buy any cheap stuffs. It's usually not good. Ship your package through fedex/ups. There won't be too much problem. read more

1. They LIED. Their tracking system shows the package is "driver release" while their so-called investigation said the package is received and "signed" by me! 2. Their delivery service is horrible. Our community has locking mailbox, but when I contacted the customer service, they said they usually just leave the package at the front door in a boring tone, like they really get used to such complaint. I have never had such irresponsible service before! Plus, the tracking system shows the they tried to deliver the package at around 6:30. I should be at home that time, but I didn't hear door bell nor anyone knock the door. 3. Their notification need to be improved. It is true that I received a text notification on 5/9/2019, but look at the context: " Dear customer, your shipment (waybill No: XXX) has been delivered successfully. For any inquiry, please call 001 855 900 1133 " Regardless whether the package has been delivered successfully or not, the text doesn't include any information to indicate that is from SF express, and it was sent by a private number. I ignored that text that time because I thought it is a spam message. read more

I got excited spot this store on the way out of a strip mall so decide to go in and inquire about shipping cost. The lady opened the door is super rude and have very bad attitude when I inquired cost for shipping. She gave me hard time of not understanding the Chinese words on the board. Now I see why people give them 1 star review. read more

I'd give zero starts if possible. This company lies about their delivery sources and methods. I ordered a torch lighter from Amazon. After over a month of waiting for it to get shipped to me, when I finally received a package, it has a freaking rubber band in the envelope and that was it. Luckily Amazon returned my money, however be aware that this is a fraud company that scams people. Anyone need a rubber band??? LOL read more

OK. I'm so officially done with this company. My package is still transiting after 16 days, and is nowhere near delivery. Customer service called to inform me they lost an item in my package, with an impatient and nonchalant attitude. You guys have the worst customer service I've ever dealt with. A week without anyone getting back to us. Your customer service lines are always "busy" so after 17 mins of wait time you take a phone number down to never call again. But still we give it another shot and call again but same thing. YOU GUYS NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE! We have a client waiting on the shipment but thanks to your lack of organization and efficiency the relationship with this client is being ruined. Do not purchase from here. The company is China based making it impossible to get in touch with the shipping company they used. I ordered a month ago, the customer service has no clue what's going on only to blame it on COVID. I've tried calling the shipping company, can't get through. Shipping updates are sparingly on the website. Currently my bag has been in my city since Wednesday and no one can tell me when it will be delivered. Please, do not waste your money with this brand . read more

We ordered this item online with a promised arrival date of May 24. Today is June 18 and it is in the US moving at a snails pace. This is a Chinese Company and I think they use a loose network of other Chinese people and companies here in the US to transport items across the country. read more

They have missed two delivery windows and now have a message saying "package may be lost" ?!?!? Are you serious SFE??? EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. Please avoid the stress and do not book with them. Not only did they deliver my package to the wrong location after I paid for express service, but they also didn't know they did. It was only when the wrong recipient contacted me, did I have to show photo evidence to them, for them to do anything about it. I have lost revenue, a big customer and reputation because of them, not to mention the stress!!! Now the process of getting a refund is a joke. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THEM. YOU WILL REGRET IT! read more

0 STARS AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I ordered on amazon and the seller uses this shipper. They say your order has been delivered and no package in sight. Absolutely the worst shipping service I have ever experienced and they partner with even worse ones. Package was shipped from Hong Kong on May 25, so I expected some delay with Covid (And pretty much anything out of Hong Kong takes forever). Sat "ready to leave warehouse" for 4 WEEKS. Then made it to California on June 20th or so. Since I live in MN, they figured it was best to use some other barely heard of shipping service to send it to New Jersey ... which makes zero sense. Now it has been "on the way to a USPS destination" since June 28, which is over 2 weeks now. Took forever to even find USPS tracking numbers since the SF Express system tells you nothing useful. Avoid SF Express at all costs if you actually want your package. Previous package I got through them took 8 weeks to arrive as well. read more

We got a package shipped by a supplier. It took them 14 days to get to NY. That is when the crazyness started, they send a multitude of paperwork, charged tariffs which we showed them they should not still we had to pay of $150 in fees from them and after paying all the fees and tariffs, yes they did not accept our argument (fedex and dhl did) . They inform us we need to file a power of attorney after a week of the package being paid in their warehouse, we found out this through our provider not through them. Also from NY to FL would take 3 days, talking about ground shipping when paying express. It is already 3 weeks we are waiting for our package. I would not recommend this company, i told all my providers to ban this company, they are incompetent at most and utterly misleading at the very least. RUN FROM THIS PEOPLE! read more
