I think their tracking lies, too. Supposedly, my package has been sitting in Austin, 90 miles away, for 5 days now. It went from China to the US in four days, yet somehow can't make it from Austin to here. It simply says "delayed." The item was originally ordered from Walmart and the item page stated unmistakably that it was made in the U.S.A. Well, that was a lie, too, although not actually the fault of the shipping company. If I had known that it was coming from over there, I would not have ordered it. I never, ever, buy anything shipping from overseas unless I know it beforehand. Judging by all the bad reviews here, it's looking like I may never get it. I called the shipping company multiple times to resolve the issue and get my package. the company requested proof of purchase and said that was the issue. I spent hours trying to get my package and this company told me to just cancel my order. my package ended up being sent back to the seller. they did not try to help or rectify the problem and told me to cancel. The chances of you receiving a package from SF Express is slim to none. I ordered something from China via Dhgate and unfortunately this is the shipper they used. After the package arrived at LAX and cleared customs, not 10 minutes later the status was listed as "Delivered." That would be impossible considering the fact that I live in San Diego. After contacting the Seller and explaining the details to him, he reshipped the item and sent me a new tracking number. This shipment unfortunately never made it either. The tracking stated after departing LAX it was transferred to sub contractor "piggy" for delivery. Again 10 minutes later SF Express tracking updated as "delivered." The seller ultimately fully refunded me. After lots of research and enquiries, I would say 80% of all SF Express packages are stolen by their employees. They update tracking as "delivered " hoping you think someone else stole it. read more

I fell for an Instagram ad and bought from a clothing brand that seemed legitimate (like a USA brand). They claimed to have logistics and a warehouse in Atlanta, Georgia so I said "ok cool!" I bought the item (which was a $120 jacket) and it's been 3 weeks since SF Express has ANY sort of detail on where my package is. It has been "forwarded" and for some reason, I doubt my package actually exists. The merchant I bought from refuses to respond and their FAQs say they're not responsible for delivery delays. I agree, the merchant is never responsible for deliveries (it's not their fault) but this merchant also lied and never said their items are coming from China. Had I known that, I would've never bought from them. STAY AWAY! I believe SF Express is just a networked Asian carrier where scammer Chinese merchants send items out and the SF Express scammers claim that the items are delivered when it's never the case. I'm through waiting for this jacket and I'm filing a dispute with PayPal. Also, if you buy off Amazon, be careful of Chinese merchants and third-party sellers. 90% of sellers on Amazon are Chinese and will send you crap products. If you're unlike to have a third-party Chinese seller who delivers from China, they will scam you trying to use this shipping service! Then I get shipping info from this crazy place. The scammers are getting really good about stealing our money. They even have a way to stay out of trouble with PayPal. I used this shipper because one of my friend give me their website. I thought they are cheaper... I'm a fool. Went to their website on Jan 12th 2021, fill out the shipping info and custom form, uploaded the ID picture of the consignee, paid the $56 dollars for a very small package to Beijing China. First leg UPS to Chicago and second leg to China. Received an email on 14th and they asked for $29 more fee. The package was in their hands, I was forced to pay this additional money. Customer service is like shit. Worst shipping experience I have ever had. I went to their SSF location to ship a package. They person never measure my package and just estimate it. They sent me an email to tell me my package is hold few hours later because of the excessive weight. I want to cancel my order because those are very important documents. I tried to contact their customer service for 3 times. Each person said different things. One said i cannot cancel it because he already got responded by the warehouse person saying that the package is prepared to shipped out. 1. They LIED. Their tracking system shows the package is "driver release" while their so-called investigation said the package is received and "signed" by me! 2. Their delivery service is horrible. Our community has locking mailbox, but when I contacted the customer service, they said they usually just leave the package at the front door in a boring tone, like they really get used to such complaint. I have never had such irresponsible service before! Plus, the tracking system shows the they tried to deliver the package at around 6:30. I ordered a torch lighter from Amazon. After over a month of waiting for it to get shipped to me, when I finally received a package, it has a freaking rubber band in the envelope and that was it. Had they not put torch lighter on the envelope I would not have know that the order should have been. Package was shipped from Hong Kong on May 25, so I expected some delay with Covid (And pretty much anything out of Hong Kong takes forever). Sat "ready to leave warehouse" for 4 WEEKS. Then made it to California on June 20th or so. Since I live in MN, they figured it was best to use some other barely heard of shipping service to send it to New Jersey ... which makes zero sense. Now it has been "on the way to a USPS destination" since June 28, which is over 2 weeks now. Took forever to even find USPS tracking numbers since the SF Express system tells you nothing useful. We got a package shipped by a supplier. It took them 14 days to get to NY. That is when the crazyness started, they send a multitude of paperwork, charged tariffs which we showed them they should not still we had to pay of $150 in fees from them and after paying all the fees and tariffs, yes they did not accept our argument (fedex and dhl did) . They inform us we need to file a power of attorney after a week of the package being paid in their warehouse, we found out this through our provider not through them. Also from NY to FL would take 3 days, talking about ground shipping when paying express. It is already 3 weeks we are waiting for our package. I would not recommend this company, i told all my providers to ban this company, they are incompetent at most and utterly misleading at the very least. RUN FROM THIS PEOPLE! read more
