This company provided the worst customer experience with sales people who can't answers questions…read more They sell pottery as well as roof panels which is featured on Facebook MarketPlace. I purchased roof panels with waves and should be installed a certain way for if it rains, the water should flow downward and not get stuck between the waves/ridges. This company cut the panels the wrong direction which, if install will not allow for things to flow as intended. Between the late delivery (result in loss time and money with the contractor), delivering materials that can not be installed, and just unsatisfactory customer service provide not a great experience. This company does not own up to their mistake nor do they want to correct their mistake. They refuse to cut the panels and deliver the new panels. I just want to share my experience with everyone who have reached out to this company. They are unprofessional. Truly disappointed with the whole experience.

This is the fourth time I've used Megan Guo's Mobile Notary service. Previously, I used her twice…read morefor my cognitively challenged brother and once for my bedbound adult daughter. This time, we used her for my disabled daughter, my wife, and me. I don't anticipate needing a Mobile Notary anytime in the near future. If I do, though, there's no reason for me to consider anyone else. As I've said in the past, each time was a positive experience and I was very pleased with her. Dealing with my cognitively challenged brother and my bedbound adult daughter each had their difficulties. In both situations, though, Megan was kind, friendly, pleasant, patient, and professional. It's easy to schedule with her. From what she's said, she travels all over the Bay Area. I've never used another mobile notary, so I don't really have anyone else to compare to. But her rates seem quite reasonable to me. She charges $15 per document to be notarized, plus travel time. It's possible, though, she charges $15 per signature if multiple signatures are needed on a single document. I don't know. Again, though, I see no reason for me to consider using anyone else.

Our real estate agent, Lilli Rath, recommended the Tall Brothers to help with cleanup and renovations during the selling process, and we are incredibly grateful she did. Through more container swaps, pickup changes, unexpected complications and schedule adjustments than I'd like to admit, Max was consistently kind, flexible, responsive, and willing to go out of his way to help us keep everything moving. The entire experience was friendly, reliable, and reasonably priced during what could have easily been a very stressful process. At one point, I am trying to have a serious conversation on what exactly happened when one of their employees backed their semi into our front gate, and the woman, Winny, starts to laugh at me. LAUGH! Excuse me, but why are you laughing??? Your company is going to have to pay for these repairs and she is laughing at me?!?! Not only was the situation stressful due to our front gate being totally shut down, but now the person who I am talking to, to help fix the problem is laughing!!! I have sent photos, invoices, emails, and I have called them once a week for almost 2 months, and they still have yet to pay up the $650. Oh yeah to top it off, the amount they owe us is only $650!!!! If he would have hit our gate just a little harder it would have been a $10,000 mistake and how long would that have taken to get paid. I don't want to even imagine that. I hope this company goes bankrupt soon. It will do us all a favor.
