Dave is extremely knowledgeable. He came to the house the same day I called him, advised that I get the septic tank pumped and then call him back to do the inspection. I scheduled the pumping for the next day, called Dave and told him it was done and he returned within an hour or so.
The original sewer lines are 85 years old; the "addition" lines are 47 years old, so there were major issues. Tree roots had broken in in some spots, pipe had rotted in other spots, and of course everything that needed attention is under concrete! With the use of the camera technology and state of the art equipment, Dave and his son had everything working properly, including resetting a toilet that had been backing up as well as a walk in shower and a lav drain. Because of the camera and equipment, they only had to open up a four square foot area of concrete. It took several days and a goodly sum of money, but it is worth every penny.
