Once we made our decisions on what we wanted, they had me order and purchase the tile, vanity, grout, etc and they handled picking up the big items from Floor & Decor when they were ready. The team really understands "happy wife, happy life" and did everything we asked. I decided I wanted a little foot hold niche for shaving, no problem. I ordered one on Amazon and when it was time to install, they asked me where I wanted it. Totally focused on expert craftsmanship, giving the customer what they want and not taking shortcuts, but doing it right the first time at a fair and reasonable price. They were 100% reliable and respectful, provided excellent communication and showed up when they said they would. They truly enjoyed the process and worked with a smile. :) They transformed my outdated corner shower into a modern space that feels like a luxury spa. Professional service from TJ right down through his workers. TJ made sure he had a thorough understanding of what we wanted, was very knowledgeable and was easy to work with on anything unexpected that came up. The work area was kept clean, and the guys were in and out as expected. The price was entirely reasonable, and the quote was adhered to. When the project was finished, TJ came and did a walk-through and asked me if there was anything I felt needed to be addressed before they were done. I had a few little things, and they were taken care of right away. In other words, they weren't done until we were fully satisfied, and they stood behind that. I have a lot of respect for companies that do this. Cons: only one and not that bad - communication around the beginning and the end of the project was a little difficult. The end of the project fell around the holidays, so I'll take that into consideration. Throughout the project all was fine. I would highly recommend using Tundra Construction.

His workers came over and did a good job in repairing and replacing a lot of items in our kitchen cabinets that needed to be repaired due to mitigation. Since when has a fair evaluation ever been insulting? 98% is excellent so if you want to risk 2% to be questionable aesthetically, structurally and "is this even legal" they'll probably be ok In my case that 2% is a big deal. They are extremely high priced. So with the price tag comes the expectation of awesome high end results. Not my experience.

What a whirlwind of a case we had. After hail damage and home builder issues, we had water leaking…read morein to my attic causing the drywall to mold and put my family at risk of sickness. Insurance originally inspected the damage and determined it was a builder oversight and nothing they can do. Brandon and Amity took over this project with haste. We had public adjusters, private contractors, and designated teams to fight the insurance company. After a couple of inspections we only got them to cover only 10% of the project. That wasn't good enough for Amity (and us). They fought tooth and nail for over 10 months until we finally got the approval and payment we needed to get this project going and to make sure my family was taken care of. They replaced the entire roof, all the gutters, and renovated the whole garage interior and exterior. It was truly a crazy experience. The roof itself only took a day. The gutters and garage a day as well. Very efficient team from start to finish. We ended up selling the house and moving a few months after the project was finished, but this roof and reno definitely improved the market value of my home. That is undeniably worth the call to Amity roofing.
