I explained and was told they would try to make a bit more room in the sleeves for me, if possible. Within 10 minutes I tried on the dress again and it felt SO much better and fit great. I really appreciate that they listened to me and made every effort for the dress fit me beautifully. Note: If you arrive on the weekend and the building is locked, just give them a call and they'll come get you! The building is an office building so the front door locks on the weekends.

Upon taking them home it was immediately obvious they raised the hem of one leg by a whole inch and a quarter! Further, it seems they messed up once already during the process as there are clear tailoring marks further up the pant leg that were not there before. If they can make such amateur mistakes with something as simple as adjusting a hemline (ruining a pair of pants in the process), I would never trust them with more delicate alterations.

Well, when it finally arrived, it looked like someone had painted it on to my body. I could hardly breathe, let alone anticipate moving around or enjoying myself. Thankfully I came across Chris' website- "Stephen The Tailor". I quickly booked an appointment. Chris was kind, funny, and welcoming to me and my (now) wife. It was Wednesday late afternoon and I needed the dress to be let out in the hip area in time for me to pick it up at 11 am that Friday. The tailor took his time to really look at my dress and explain what he could do. He closed the pockets that were on the sides of the dress and used the little bit of extra fabric in the seams to give me the perfect fit. The quality of the work was great and I felt comfortable walking down the aisle without worrying about any wardrobe malfunctions. I have received my dresses back quickly and even have had a few rush jobs done. You can tell the care that is put into every appointment which is what keeps me coming back. Recently I had my wedding rehearsal dress altered and they made a dress that wasn't quite right into a perfect fit. Highly recommend.
