I had a difficult time adjusting the size, but eventually just switched to the other without problems. I used the nail clippers, brushed and blow dryer while my dog was on the table. I purchased this unit and with proper maintenance I've have had zero issues. Season 2019 returned for a Echo 450P Chainsaw and the Ray's were very helpful with that purchase as well. Ray Junior advised which was the best one for my application with no up sale or pressure to purchase. Season 2021 back to ask about replacement turf tires for my GC and if it was worth swapping from the original set and after a couple of questions we agreed it wasn't worth the purchase to make the swap. (COVID saw the signs, door was locked and no issue) Grass still looks good. Season 2022 back for all needed to maintain my GC again very helpful w/ what I did and did not need for me to do the job. Season 2023 back for my Echo 450P maintenance parts and an air filter belt retainer for my GC (now with 267 hours) that needed to be special ordered. Ray Junior gladly offered to sell me one he had from his own shop GC they used for snow plowing so I wouldn't have to wait or use my tractor while having the air filter bouncing around in the engine bay and possibly cause additional damage. That's my experience with Soslers and I do recommend this establishment. Having written the above statement and having owned my own business I do recognize the following... People including the Ray's have bad day's. Customers can be a pain in the @$$. You know who you are Karen! Small mom and pop businesses can't compete with big box business. They are at their best during a sale for sure. But not people sensitive or customer service centered at all after-sale! Very self centered. It's a shame because they do sell good products and maintain the facility very well. Their prices are HIGH but I guess they have to cover for the customers they've lost or driven away. Totally avoid this company . My son dropped off his rider mower there because it wouldn't start. They recommended scrapping it and they would be happy to scrap it for him for a $100 fee. My son slept on it and today went there with a rented pickup to get the mower back. The workers met him outside and said we thought you wanted us to junk it for you. When my son said no, they ran back into the shop and a manager came out. The manager then quickly said my mechanic worked on it last night and it's almost working now. It'll cost about 600. And it will be good as new. Kind of contradictory to what the staff said when he first got there. From junking to rebuilding it. My son then OK drove down a block and turned around because it just didn't sit right with him, how they changed their mind from junk to gold and told them that he wanted it back. They then gave him a bill for $300 for work he never authorized ( remember the staff told him to junk it) and he saw that a new battery was listed on the bill. He lifted up the seat and saw that it was the same old battery he had on it. Make a long story short this shop reeks of deception I wouldn't spend a dime there. I recommended that he called the Better Business Bureau and that's what he's going to do. To go from we recommend junking it, for a $100 fee, to "oh no don't take it, we can fix it " when he canceled the junk it order and came to pick it up, then billing him for a new battery that they never installed, we'll you don't need to be a detective to see something isn't on the level. The place doesn't even rate 1 star.

Used to have a better selection of Bogs etc. but their product lines change year to year and I'm a bit disappointed in the boots and gloves selections of late. Quality tools and gardening chemicals that you won't find at the Home Depot. Bonus! Hours have improved though I do wish they were open a little later.
