The result of the removal process landed me in the ER twice in 3 days along with significant bills from Henry Mayo. I filed complaints with Providence/Facey and was basically brushed off and they refused to reimburse me for the $$ incurred at ER, citing that Henry Mayo is not a Providence facility. Complete BS! Their provider screws up and there is no accountability back to the patient who received inadequate care. Steer clear of Samadi and his practice and Facey in general (if you can, at all costs) as they were no help either.

Dr. Houman saw me immediately; quickly understood the issue at hand, personally swung into action, and ten minutes later had the situation under complete control. He wrote a prescription, gave me exact instructions what to do and what to look for over the next few days, and scheduled a follow-up appointment a few days later. A week later, the issue is in the rear view mirror and I have urologist for life. Dr. Houman is down to earth, very personal, and clearly cheering you on for success.
