I strongly recommend avoiding this place. I was charged $200 for a service that was advertised at…read more$100 and in my opinion the service was not worth even the original $100. I immediately brought the issue to the attention of the man working at the front desk. He told me that the additional $100 would be returned to my card and instructed me to come back if it wasn't. Unfortunately the money was never refunded. When I returned I was told that they could not see a $200 charge on their end despite the charge clearly showing on my account. I was extremely disappointed with how the situation was handled and felt that my concerns were not taken seriously. I will not be returning and would not recommend this business to others.

If you're nervous about getting a Brazilian or worried about the pain, definitely try Sue. She was very encouraging and sweet and made me feel super comfortable with the entire process. She was so knowledgeable about the different waxes she used depending on different hair textures and walked me through the appointment, which eased a lot of my stress. She kept me occupied the entire time with conversation, which helped with the pain management, and also helped me get to know her, which was awesome! We decided last minute to thread my brows too, and she made them look so much better than I'm used to. I'm so happy to have this gem of a shop so close to me, but honestly, even if she were far from where I live, I wouldn't have a problem making the trek out to her. She's that good. I'm already looking forward to my next appointment. Thank you Sue!
