This is a charming little Italian restaurant with EXCELLENT food & pleasant service. We had a lovely chestnut & bean soup with a Tre Colore salad for lunch. BUT it is almost impossible to have a conversation with a companion in the restaurant because of the noise level. At dinner the noise is as bad as, or worse than, lunch time dinning. I did just once have a quiet lunch at Sette Luna, but it was because it was so late in the afternoon. In fact, as much as I love Italian food, I won't be going back anytime soon. It is just not conducive to a convivial meal with friends. Why don't the owners do something about the sound levels? read more

Went here with my family on July 1. After a short wait, understandable with the current requirements, we were seated by a pleasant hostess. Our orders were taken promptly. We had two pizzas, the fettucine bolognese, and the chicken Milanese. Also, we had an appetizer of the meatballs. Everything was delicious and served piping hot. Delicious Italian food, we came here on Mother's Day and were lucky enough to get the table in their cellar room! Great ambience and customer service, we had such a wonderful experience. The restaurant is really just beautiful and the cellar space is distinctive, lined with bottles of wine on one side and beautiful exposed brick. We had the octopus and artichoke to start- both amazing! We also tried several of their pizzas, pastas and main plates- everything was absolutely delicious. The cocktails are soooo good! We attempted to make reservations ahead of time. They told us they do not take reservations, but can put our names on a call list 20 minutes prior to arrival. We did, and after strolling in 20 minutes later, we were told that it would be about a 40 minute wait. So what is the point of a call list if they don't put our names down until we walk through the door? What an odd and useless system. Once we were seated about half an hour later, we were not offered any bread to start. Not sure if it's the restaurant (but, what Italian place doesn't start you off with bread?) or our waitress just forgot. We started off with risotto balls, which were delicious. The exterior was crispy, and yielded to a perfectly seasoned, creamy risotto mixture. It paired very well with the tomato and pesto sauce. For my entree, I chose the agnolotti con mozzarella. Although my dish was supposed to come with sun dried tomatoes, it came with a garnish of regular diced tomatoes instead. My friend ordered the bolognese, and was upset upon realizing that they added a ton of cream to the sauce. Bolognese traditionally does not incorporate cream, but his dish came out a very light red/orange color, indicating that a copious amount of heavy cream was used. My friend does not like dairy, and so we asked the waitress if there was something that could be done. She just replied "we put a touch of cream and that's how they're all made so we can't do anything about it". First off, it was more than a "touch" of cream. Secondly, that must mean that the sauces are not prepared fresh if there was no way the chef could make a bolognese sauce without cream. My friend had to swap his dish with another one from our group since they were not willing to accommodate this issue. My suggestion is if you are going to put your own spin on a traditional dish, include that in the menu description. Bolognese should not be drenched in cream, but if you choose to do so, please mention that. What if the customer was lactose intolerant? read more

The food was delicious and I love how they've adapted to Covid and outdoor dining. We ended up being seated on one of the far ends and it was a little dark and cold over there but most of the area is so warm, welcoming and cozy. They have a bar on the side where you can get a drink while waiting, a live cooking station in the middle, and the wait for a Friday night wasn't bad at all. I've been to this spot many times over the years and it's definitely an Easton classic. Gets better every time I'm there. read more

Love this place. Went last night with another couple and had a great experience once again. Had the stuffed artichoke for an appetizer along with the risotto ball. Great start to the meal. Both delicious. Everybody loved their main course...I had the anghelotti with wild boar...delish! My wife had the chicken Milanese which she totally enjoyed. Shared chocolate mousse which was just the right portion. Wireless is always interesting and for tonight's meal had a great Sicilian red.Our server, Paige, was excellent! read more

The food was marvelous. The ambiance was great - felt like we were in a small restaurant in Italy. I had their special, Monkfish. It was perfectly cooked, the spinach that came with it was fresh and delicious. Others at the table had pasta, salads and steak. The service was a little lax, thus the four stars. I love the food here, but it's a little pricey. The pasta is fine, but the pizza is really their best. I love their outdoor seating to hang with friends, and I highly recommend ordering take out or delivery. One of my favorite Friday nights is a Margherita pizza and a Caesar salad on my couch. I sat outside ordered Vongole which is the clam appetizer. It is very tasty with a slight kick, yummy pancetta and olives. The clams were served with a slice of bread topped with olive oil that was delicious! The hostess was very sweet- she brought me extra bread. For my entree I selected the Agnolotti con Cinghiale which is basically a wild boar ravioli. I highly recommend this dish. The pasta is homemade. The sauce is delicious- a perfect balance of sweet and savory to compliment the boar. This also had a slice of their bread which I used to mop up the leftover sauce! Do it! read more

So disappointed after visiting here for first time since pandemic. Had to return the rubber band calamari with strong fishy taste . Worst bolognese ever had (more like cheap hamburger meat and pasta). Salmon fairly good cooked prerfecrly. Mushroom pasta dish good. Osso Buco good. Service was fair -no apology or empathy when had to return calamari. Won't be back -we used to love this place hopefully they'll get back to former self. read more

Struggled to decide between 3 and 4 stars. The service was excellent and the food was good but overall experience was inconsistent. All four cocktails we ordered were delicious and strong. For the appetizer we got the special- stuffed figs... 3 for $14 (price wasn't listed on the menu or we wouldn't have ordered them). For dinner, we got the wood-fired pizza. Flavor and texture were spot on, absolutely delicious. Only issue was we ordered the margarita that came with pesto and shrimp (4 shrimp for the entire pizza). I don't mind paying extra for an appropriate amount of food. Felt like the restaurant was being overly reserved with their ingredients that didn't reasonably reflect the price. We will return next time we're in town but will now know what to expect. read more

Disappointing - went for lunch and had one of the daily special salads and some pasta. I asked if the salad was like one of the side salads on the menu ($8-9 each) or a grande salad ($13-16) and was told it was a side salad. Ordered that along with some agnolotti with butternut squash - watery sauce, kind of tasteless filling, and the salad was SO vinegary and cabbage based - it was supposed to have Gorgonzola but just found maybe 5-6 tiny bits. I ate about 1/3 of it; it was not pleasant. When the bill came - that side salad was $15!! And the 5 ravioli - type pasta pieces with the watery sauce was $16... for lunch! I asked the server about it and she brushed it off and just said, yeah, it has a lot of expensive ingredients - oh really - like red cabbage?!? 4 thin slices of pear? Come on. Lame. read more

When I got the dish, there were 3 shrimp, no lump crab visible and a small amount of pasta with some red and green peppers. Restaurant clientele and interior seems to be worn down a bit, casual dress but also some noise present. Our server Georgia was adequate but let's say she could use some "personality upgrades" very going through the motions and not seeming to enjoy her job. This is the first restaurant we discovered in Easton since we moved to the area. The prior finds were my daughter's discoveries. We learned about this restaurant from a lovely brother and sister we met at the Silk Mill dog park. Always trust a fellow dog owner The setting reminded me of a West Village street without any noise. Nor fowl smells. The people who were waiting were nicer and better informed about parking suggestions and there were plenty of benches on which to wait. And the staff was accommodating about getting our dog water while we waited. Now for the food and service. We stopped looking when we saw just the specials menu. It was larger and more creativethan entire menus pre Covid-19. Yikes. We ordered the roasted artichoke, the dinner pizza with arugula and fredh mission figs with balsamic drizzled, and a shrimp and fish pasta with a tasty Alfredo sauce. Every item was delicious. Servers includingour primary one Kierystal were very professional. Others helped as a team. We met the owner Josh and complemented him. And the prices were reasonable. 1/2 of what that meal would be in the west village without including the parking. We mentioned this restaurant to people we met on the beach yesterday. TERRIBLE CHOICE!!!! I was celebrating a special occasion and decided to go to this restaurant, but will NEVER go again and DO NOT recommend it to anyone else!! As we were eating our meal the manager/owner decided to start watering his outdoor plants, without any consideration for all the customers including myself that were seated nearby.
