Despite my request for a thorough scrub and removal of dead skin, they barely spent any time on it. The nail polish application was also sloppy, with visible streaks and unevenness. Most of the time out of 40 mins I was there was spent on nail paint drying out and may be 2 mins of oil massage towards the end. I specifically asked for extra attention to be paid to scrubbing and removing dead skin, but it seemed like they were in a rush and didn't care. The whole experience felt like a quick cash grab, rather than a genuine effort to provide a quality service. Needless to say, I won't be returning to this salon again. Entrance: The first impression was very positive. As it was super cold outside, I appreciated that they have a double entrance, conserving the warmth inside. I checked in at the front desk and chose my color (they have a nice selection). The manicurist took my coat and hung it for me, which was a nice touch. Procedure: The mani itself was good and fairly standard, except the paraffin dip, which again was a nice added feature considering the cold winter destroying my hands like crazy. Included massage: The hand massage and shoulder massage lasted longer than at any salon that I have tried before. And it was great as well. Price: I believe the prices compare well with the salons in the area, but I am not absolutely positive. If the prices at this salon are higher, I don't think it is by much. In the days after: The result was of good quality and lasted long time, the polish did not chip and it did not lift at the edges. Cell phone policy: they have polite signs posted asking customers not to use cell phones while in the salon. Payment: they take credit cards and you can add the tip to the card as well.

The manicurist herself was very sweet and did a wonderful job with my nails. I am truly appreciative of how long they've lasted! You can't tip using cash, from what I remember, and they offer Venmo as an option. The Venmo address is of the owner, and she joked that she would take most of the tip herself, but then she said she was kidding. It was a bit confusing, but I think she was just trying to joke around with customers! They play good music here too. If you have been wondering what Mongolian rap and pop sounds like, you do not have to wonder for much longer. (Spoiler: It sounds a lot like whatever the US makes, just in Mongolian!)

The service is always friendly, and they do their best to accommodate our schedules. They always try to seat us together, which we really appreciate. The polish lasts a long time, and the technicians genuinely listen to any concerns and fix issues right away. Most importantly, the salon is clean. I've never had a bad experience, infection, or even a small cut. Every technician has been careful and thorough. We don't stick to just one tech, and we've consistently had great results with everyone we've tried. The massage chairs are comfortable and I've never been disappointed in the work.
